Desiree made a serious mistake—forgetting a child outside for over 10 minutes—and she owns it. Safety is always first. But it’s unfair that another teacher went on break without counting the kids and wasn’t held responsible. Yet Desiree was blamed alone. Even worse, her own kids weren’t allowed back just because it was “awkward.” She gave her time, money, and heart to that classroom. Seeing her treated like that was painful. Thankfully, she found a new place quickly where she can be herself and teach the way she wants. We’re proud of her. Mistakes happen, but true dedication is rare.

We'd attended here for 3 years and up until the last year have been extremely happy with care. In the past year the quality of staff and the time put into caring for children have decreased. It's hard to get communication with teachers outside of using an app. And if you have a child with any medical issues that you need updates on good luck, we put in multiple requests to be alerted when our child has a bowel movement because we give medication based on number of bowel movements each day, we even have a letter from a gastrointestinal specialist and the center continues to not support this plan. Other issues we've had is they've recently put in a big screen TV and are using the tablets that were marketed for communication with parents as screens for the children to watch. We try to limit screen time for our three year old and it's very challenging when you don't know how much he's getting at school and when you ask staff about screen time they report that there is no screen time or it's very minimal. Personally I've seen them watching of a morning, watching screens during nap time, and watching them in the afternoon. After they enter a 3 year old classroom you don't get daily updates on any of the skills they're working on or projects or what they've even eaten for the day, and my child's too young to tell me what they do each day which leads me to believe it's a lot of sitting in front of tablets. They don't seem to have the same consistency in classrooms as they did a year ago. Extremely disappointed in the care would be better off hiring a teenager to come and sit and watch TV with my child all day and save me about $200 a week.

This is the best daycare! I have sent both of my daughters here & have nothing but positive things to say, I would not take my kids anywhere else. They take care of the children as if they were their own. I had really bad anxiety about taking my new born baby to a daycare center, but I felt so much better knowing she was going here & that I already knew the staff would take great care of her. The teachers have been great to both of my kids & my now 5 year old has learned so much. The preschool program really prepared her for kindergarten. My oldest daughter went to two other centers before we found this one & they were bad, I am so thankful I found color my world.

Color My World was wonderful. The teachers and administrators were open about everything. The level of care given was above and beyond. That is what was most important to us. We had to move, but would have 0 hesitation recommending this care facility to others.

best daycare by far. you want someone that will take care of your kids with safety and love. this is the place. more than just to the kids but to parent and caregiver you get respect and recognition everytime you walk in. I had being away from my kids but when I have to I take comfort in know they are being taking care of and loved.
