BABY SHOWER FOR BABY BOY TRAYVON MASON & HIS MOTHER THE LORD GIVETH & THE LORD TAKETH AWAY. BLESS π THE LORD HOPE & TRAGEDY IN A DAY GREAT FACILITY. MS. KAREN & MR. CLDYE THANK U FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!!
What a lovely facility. I drive from the Hampton Area for my child's piano class f Miss Karen that is usually at the front desk, is very knowledgeable and very hospitable. I love speaking with her. I wish I knew about the summer camp sooner, I would definitely sign my children up next summer.
It's unfortunate that I had this experience here. My family and I came here to get some walking in on the track and to get more information on swimming hours. Upon arriving, I said hello to the women at the desk, and they said nothing. I said hello again, and it was like I ruined their day by speaking. My husband had already walked in to pay the daily fee, and we were told that my 12 yr old could not come in the recreation center , nor could she walk on the track. When I asked why, the lady said that they don't allow children upstairs. Ok, so I asked were children allowed in the rec center, and she said she could go on the basketball court. I said ok, and she says no one is available to watch her, and I clearly stated to this lady that I never asked anyone to watch my child. When my husband asked where she was allowed to come in the rec center , she told me no nowhere unless she was in camp. Im still confused. You said she's allowed in the center but not upstairs, but now she can't come in period unless she's swimming with an adult or shes in camp. Whats the purpose of a rec center if your family canmot attend. I asked her why there is a daily fee for children on the website if children are not allowed in the rec center. She said the website is wrong. When she showed me the swim hours, they were completely different from what is on the website. The other lady never spoke or said anything. Both of them just sitting up front with zero personality, zero customer service skills, and just miserable. It doesn't cost you anything to be kind to others. Your website is wrong and misleading. Miserable and rude individuals should not be the face of Virginia B. Gray Recreation Center. It has nothing to do with the fact that my daughter could not participate with anything with her family. It's the misleading website and the rude and unprofessional representation that you have at the front desk. We decided to go to another rec center to have family time in a location that not only greeted us but had clear and precise Information on their website, they weren't rude and they actually said "hello" upon entering the building. If these women are going to continue to represent this recreation center and community, they need recurrent training on customer service and etiquette training on how to greet and speak to people in the community with a smile. And yes my daughter was able to go to this rec center as long as she was with an adult. I hate that I even had to write a review on this place. I was highly disappointed. This was my first and last time visiting. Zero out of 10, I do not recommend.
Always a great place. It's always very clean and the staff are kind and helpful. Lots of options for exercising. The fitness area is as good as the big chains you pay a load for. A nice pool and two basketball courts. Lots of fun, fitness groups to sign up for. Even voting when it's that time of year.
They need to get it together with this pool. Times always changes. Constantly saying to call for a different time everyday because they donβt have it together. Then will say itβs closed for the rest of the day when calling in the morning. Like it never even opened! Frustrating to not be able to use the rec center closest. Iβd rather drive out to Austell.
