Very safe environment and I love the staff. I feel comfortable leaving my little ones with them. This is way more than just a daycare that “Babysits”. They truly care for the kids like they are their own children. They are teachers, Caregivers, and comforters. As a single mother, that works a lot of hours trying to provide for my babies, I 100% trust this daycare with the well being of my little ones.
In the past I have rated this center one star and was considering pulling my young child out. It’s been about a year but i am updating my rating to reflect the big changes in the center. Management staff has changed and I am really fond of the two ladies who are typically there and running things which is a HUGE deal because interacting with the owner was my reasoning for considering pulling my child. It is not lost on me that she is still the owner and occasionally there but her bad attitudes and tendencies to demean parents, children, and her own staff is are something I’ve seen far less. I have witnessed her bullying one of her own very young staff members to the girls face and then behind her back with another staff member and it was very disheartening. I’ve witnessed her yell profanities at children (myself and another parent reported to the state). I was worried about how my very small child was being treated if the owner was comfortable with how she herself was treating children. Once the new director started I noticed a change in the environment and it has been positive. The reason I am writing this review now is because I had a great interaction with the new director a couple weeks ago and she made me feel like I am doing the right thing having my child in their care. I also love my child’s teacher and am very pleased with all he is learning. He feels very secure coming to this center. I am avoiding using my real name because my child still attends this center.
They only place I trust to care for my children! A place where they genuinely care for and love your children. I’ve known the owner for many years, my now adult children were taken care of by her center when they were kiddos. My niece and nephew were cared for by this center, 2 of my great nieces and now my 5 year old is cared for by her. Thank you Taisia and all circle of friends staff for always providing me peace of mind through your exceptional care given to all kiddos there 💗
My daughters have gone here for a few years and Circle of Friends has always been wonderful to them. I have an autistic 9yr old now who after years of therapy is now high functioning but when she was smaller they were so supportive and she wasn't the only one there with special needs. Hers weren't even that bad. They are always trying to plan a fun filled summer for the kids and have tons of activities for them and field trips. The owner actually cares about all her kids and provides a much needed support in our community. From transportation from/to school and working with DHS. She even does fund raisers for families that have been hit hard with tragedies. I have never seen an employee there who doesn't seem to do their absolute best. I count my family blessed to be able to go here. When I pick up my children, all the other children there seem happy to be there and not neglected and wanting to go home. And that says a lot.
My son has been going to this daycare for a year now and he loves it. All the staff in the infant room have been wonderful, he was not always an easy baby for them when he was first started here but they were all very patient with him. Now that he is a little older he has started learning some sign language from them that he is using at home, especially during meals. It is a wonderful feeling, as a working mom, to be able to drop your baby somewhere knowing he is happy to go and well cared for while he is there.
