What Parents Say
NOTE: These reviews appear to be for Churchland Psychological Center (a mental health facility), not a daycare. Reviews consistently praise the therapists and counselors, particularly Dr. Weissman, Susan Asprey, and Sara Litt, for their expertise, compassion, and effectiveness. Patients report significant personal and family improvements and appreciate the friendly, professional office staff and convenient check-in process.
Our family has had a truly life-changing experience at Churchland Psychological Center. The care and support we’ve received have made a tremendous difference for both our kids and our family as a whole. Dr. Weissman, in particular, has been like a mentor to us, offering wisdom and guidance that we deeply appreciate. The team is compassionate, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to helping each person thrive. We are grateful for the positive impact they’ve had on our lives and highly recommend their services to anyone seeking meaningful support for themselves or their loved ones.
They have such friendly and accommodating staff. I also enjoy the way you check into your appointment. I can walk in and press the button to let my counselor know I am in the lobby (I really like the convenience of this). Lastly, they have stellar counselors. I think I have made more long-lasting and genuine progress with my current counselor, Susan Asprey, than any other counselor I’ve had before!
Not only has my entire family found therapists that have worked well with each of us, but we actually enjoy going! There was a waiting list initially, but the staff followed up and kept me informed. The ladies in the office are always friendly. Don’t be afraid to press the button! (when you go, you’ll know)
I have worked closely with Dr. Weissman for well over a decade. His knowledge, expertise, and thoughtful ability to build meaningful relationships with his patients has given me the courage and confidence to continue attending sessions. In my experience, the office staff has always been friendly and considerate. Without Dr. Weissman and the Churchland Psychological Center, I would not be the mentally, emotionally, and educationally successful person that I am proud to be today. I am grateful everyday for my choice to continue services.
The counselor my partner and I see, Sara Litt, has been the one and only counselor to be truly helpful in strengthening our relationship. She takes a wholistic approach, she doesn't leave one partner feeling attacked or "called-out," and she is kind and understanding in all things. She is great, I couldn't recommend her enough!
