Church Of The Holy Faith

I see them life sometimes and it's always beautiful good feeling.

We attended this church this morning. It is housed in a beautiful, old builing with wonderful stained glass windows. The service was impressive. However, we did not feel at all welcome. We went to the parish hall after the service for coffee, and no one spoke to us. There was a curate at the door, and we told him we had just moved to Santa Fe. He made no response at all. This happened after the service where we were told, "Love thy neighbor."

Dear Patricia: This is a response to your review. First off, thank you for taking the time to write it. I am most sorry to hear of your experience in our parish hall; it is most unlike Holy Faith. Second, while we don't have a curate, I am an Associate Rector here, and if I was the priest who didn't respond to your announcement that you were new to Santa Fe, my apologies. I, like all of the clergy here, enjoy chatting with people and am usually quite eager to thank visitors for coming and invite them to return. If you read this review and haven't yet found a church home, I hope you will give us another try. In any case, welcome to Santa Fe; it truly is a blessed place to live. I was blessed by being able to go to Ash Wednesday service. All was very meaningful. I love the formality and ritual. The music was excellent.
