Our child has attended Childtime for almost 2.5 years starting at 16 months old. It was his first daycare experience and it has been a great experience. The administrators and teachers are friendly, take pride in their work, and genuinely care about the children. The classes are organized by age and the transition to each class is done very well, ensuring the children are familiar with the incoming classroom teacher well before the change officially occurs. The teachers provide frequent updates and webcams allow parents to check in anytime. Of the daycare facilities we toured, this one had the best outdoor play area by far. The teachers have helped our child learn to be more independent and were partners in potty training. The school provides diapers, breakfast, lunch, daily snacks, school pictures, and enriching activities. I would highly recommend Childtime.
We placed our daughter here about 2 months ago in their toddler classroom at 1 years old. She’s the youngest in her class and we were concerned because she was not as independent as the other kids in her class were since the classroom is 1 year to 2 years old. She was still needing to be fed, still needing assistance with holding the bottle for milk, not walking yet, sleeping in a dark room only, etc). She had also never been away from us, spent her first year of life with parents or grandparents. We have been extremely happy with Childtime of Santa Ana. We were reassured from the start that the teachers would help her adjust and give her extra attention as she made the transition to daycare. No one will ever treat your kid as you or your family would in your own home but the teachers and Childtime come pretty darn close. We could not be happier with choosing this location after visiting 10+ daycares in Orange County. It is clean, well staffed, great communication, and the teachers are extremely professional, loving and have a genuine investment in your child. Our daughter is clearly very happy going to daycare, loves her teachers and her classmates and is learning a lot. She eats independently, drinks milk independently, transitioned to 1 nap without any issues (and sleeping in a room with lights turned on), and is slowly gaining her confidence to start walking. It’s a very difficult choice to put your child in daycare and making sure to pick the right one that provides a safe environment for your child to thrive. We picked Childtime of Santa Ana and would give our strongest endorsement of this location without reservation.
My daughter has been enrolled at childtime since August 2025. Her teacher Ms.Alicia is amazing. This was her first time being watched by someone other than family and her teacher helped her transition into a school setting. She now asked to go on her days off because she loves her teacher so much. The staff is very helpful and makes all the kids feel welcomed. My favorite part is that i can check on her anytime of day via the cameras and i get updates from her teacher about her day.
After having my baby and reaching the end of my maternity leave I was very hesitant about finding childcare. I had contemplated putting my career on hold because I didn’t know if I was ready to be away from my baby, or if I could truly trust anyone else to care for her. The moment I toured the ChildTime Santa Ana location, it felt like they were sent straight to me during a time when I needed reassurance the most. Now, with my child having attended for almost five months, I can honestly say I feel just as comfortable (if not more) than I did on day one. My child has learned, thrived, and formed such sweet bonds with her “aunties,” as I lovingly call them. I am beyond grateful to the infant staff for lifting such a heavy weight off my shoulders and giving me true peace of mind while I’m at work. Ms. Luz and Ms. Jane, who spend the most time with my daughter, have been especially warm and loving. I truly cannot recommend this location enough. From one mother to another this place is special. 💛
We have two children who have attended Childtime Santa Ana over the last five years, from the infant program through TK, as well as their drop-in program when school is closed or on break. We originally chose Childtime because of their strong track record of compliance with the California Department of Social Services, along with the level of oversight and security, which made us feel confident entrusting our children to their care. We stayed because the quality of care has been consistent and competitive for the area. We really appreciate the amount of outdoor play time, the artistic and educational enrichment activities, and the well-prepared structure of the programs truly stand out. The convenient hours, on-site meals, and support like diapering for infants and toddlers also made a huge difference for us as working parents. Over the years, we’ve seen our children grow socially, emotionally, and academically in ways that reflect a nurturing, well-run environment. Childtime Santa Ana has been a reliable, supportive partner in our family’s daily life, and we would confidently recommend it to other parents looking for a safe, engaging, and well-managed daycare center.
