My boys start tomorrow so I will update after a few weeks but the entire enrollment process has been amazing. Ms. Felicia, Jessica at the front and all of the teachers I met (for the 2 year old class & 3-4 year old class) were absolutely sweet. I asked 1 million questions because I’ve never left my babies with anyone but I felt a sense of peace when I walked in. Our tour was later in the evening and the place smelled so clean, each room was picked up and neat. Jessica gave us a thorough tour where she answered each question with care while also checking on kiddos if needed. This helped me see that the baby’s come first- as they should. As we were getting ready to leave from the tour, our 3 year old son kept gravitating towards this kind woman walking around the front of the building, going from class to class, I thought she was a parent. She gave snacks to my sons, helped them stay calm while we talked to Jessica. It was amazing to see, I had hoped she was a teacher or something so I asked Jessica “who is she? Like another teacher?” Jessica said that’s actually our director! I was SHOCKED! I couldn’t believe the director would be quietly playing with our babies and just be so amazing with the kids. She was welcoming, kind, warm and caring. As we were walking out the front door I saw her in the front saying bye to kids as they left (it was right around 6pm) I stopped to speak with her and she again answered more questions, assured me that we could call her directly and made sure we had that number and listened to our worries and concerns as new daycare parents. She never pressured me to sign up right then and there, never forced me to quickly decide, and instead supported me through this decision that took days for me to make. She said she would follow up with us in a couple of days AND SHE DID. She called us as we were leaving another tour and I took that as a sign that this was the right place to go with. They have camera access, meals included, code required to enter the building and are open from 6:30am-6pm! Talk with Ms.Felicia directly about any issues or concerns you have and I promise you will not leave that conversation feeling the same. I’m so happy to be a part of this new family and I pray blessings over the director, the staff members and each child/parent that walks through those doors daily. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ May your hearts continue to be soft for the children you are serving daily, may your patience always grow and continue to shine through the care you provide over these babies and may your cups overflow the way you have made mine 🫶🏼

My son has been here a week and I’ve been watching the cameras like a hawk. He doesn’t like just anyone and so far he has been in great care. He doesn’t even run up to me when I pick him up, he takes his time and acts like he doesn’t see me ha ha. He has had bad experiences at daycares so I was very worried, but he loves it here. The director Felicia, my goodness she is so amazing and communication is on point. Ms BreAnna, has been so patient with my son and it shows, he loves her class. Front desk Ms. Jessica was my first impression on tour day and she is the sweetest and is very knowledgeable in everything. Will update review if I got anyone’s name wrong or if this is a “honeymoon” phase but it doesn’t feel like it. This feels like the real deal!
