A colleague of mine recommended Childtime for our son (2.5 years old), who was cared for since birth by his parents and grandparents (needless to say, daycare was going to be a big change in his daily routine!). We were nervous, as he was delayed in speech, but eager in hoping exposure to other children would help him grow - boy did it! Mr. Tom and Mr. Zach are AMAZING - so kind, so professional, so caring - our son absolutely adores them both. His teachers, particularly Ms. Sue are also outstanding - they provide structure, but also a loving and safe environment, and treat our son like family. Having constant updates through the app, including photos, posts about meals and potty breaks, and even video footage to check on him throughout the day puts my husband and I at complete ease. We know that he is well cared for, well fed, SAFE, and treated kindly. The facilities are secure (I come from a police family, so this is of utmost importance), and clean. Rates are completely reasonable. We are so happy to be part of the Childtime family, and would 100% recommend for any families!
I highly recommend Childtime! All of the staff members are friendly and accommodating! They are extremely responsive in the app. I love that there are cameras so I can check in and see how my daughter is during the day. The environment is very warm and I feel like my daughter is safe and happy there. The facility is clean and secure. They are also open most of the time (except for a few federal holidays) so we are not scrambling to find backup care during weeklong breaks. I am a very nitpicky person (especially when it comes to my child) and I honestly have no complaints at all. We are very happy at Childtime!
Excellent place for childcare. They've been taking care of my daughter since she was 3 months old, and she's almost 2 now. She's learned so much, and the teachers are wonderful.
The school itself is good BUT the staff needs to be worked on, hire staff that have a passion for children not for a check!! Nicole A. from Toddler 1 and Victoria V from infant 3 class are both AMAZING teachers. Highly recommend them both. My daughter was in both of their classes her time being there and they both gave her so much love and showed passion for teaching/kids.
I've sent my children to this school for a combined 8 years and my experience has been great. I highly recommend this daycare. Debbie and the staff take special care to ensure the safety and well being of the children. We have had so many great teachers through the years. It's easy to stay connected to your kids and their teachers throughout the day using the app which is updated frequently with pictures and videos of the kids playing and learning.
