We've now sent three children through this center, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff, teachers, and leadership team are genuinely wonderful—they greet both children and parents with kindness, respect, and real care. They’ve supported us through every stage of early childhood, from infant routines to potty training to pre‑K/K social emotional/educational readiness, always with flexibility and understanding. We also love that there are several long‑term teachers who have helped guide all three of our kids. Overall, it is a consistent, nurturing place for children to learn and grow.
We have had the best experience with Childtime of Fairport. From the teachers, to the activities and extracurriculars, to the Admin staff. They are all wonderful, responsive, and truly care about your children. I would recommend this location to anyone that wants to rest assured that their children are being given the best experience, and are safe and well cared for.
I enrolled my son here at age 3 and we stayed until he went off to Kindergarten. We move him to Childtime Fairport after a bad experience at another national daycare chain (KC). The main reason why we picked Childtime Fairport over a few others we visited during our change was the natural light in the rooms and the large green space outside along with the helpfulness and attitude of the director, Heather. Loved the Childtime phone app with real time video/photos, updates, meal notes, and text communication features. The teachers were great with my son and supported him during difficult morning transitions very kindly and empathically. The Preschool/PreK rooms were always clean. Lots of fun crafts and activities for the kids. He had the same main teacher in both rooms for the full year; so great retention on the key teachers. Like all the daycares right now they have tight ratios so anytime teachers got sick there was some requests for assistance and luckily we never experienced any shutdowns for his class. Threats of room closures are a reality of daycare in Rochester right now from talks with all my mom friends. Overall happy with our experience and have recommended them to other families with daycare needs.
Both of my children attended Childtime of Fairport and from the infant room through Pre-k, all of the teachers are wonderful! They become your second family and instantly make your children feel special and welcome. Both of my children have thrived with their curriculums and now are ready for public school as they age out.
We had a wonderful experience at Childtime for both our children for 6 years! The staff is one of a kind, the facility was always clean, and our kids were well cared for. I recommend this center to anyone looking for high quality child care!
