Ive been taking my kids here for about 2 years now, and i can say when we started it was completely different. I wasn’t too proud at first. We went through multiple directors. thankfully a few months ago we had Tera step in and fill in for the director, eventually she officially took over and i was extremely happy. im so proud to say my kids instantly loved her. She always has the biggest smile and is always so excited when any kid comes in! Every morning my foster child runs in straight to her to give her the biggest hug. All the staff is super amazing, especially the ones who have stuck with us since the start. They all were able to make me feel comfortable with them taking care of my kids. I always joke about how they are “mom #2”, because of how they always treat us like family. I 1000% recommend this daycare!
Started my 3-month-old son here a few months ago and he has gotten very comfortable with all of the teachers and fellow infants. I think it's been a great way for him to socialize outside of our home. I appreciate tuning in to the live cam, where I can see him enjoying playing with the toys on the playmat. The teachers are very warm and do a good job of providing photos to parents. My son loves Ms. Vicky, Ms. Nichole, Ms. Banks and all of the other teachers who help take care of him. Ms. Tara, the Director, is very quick with responding to questions and accommodates our unconventional work schedule.
Two of my children have gone here and loved it. New director Tara is amazing and communicative with parents. Ms. Selene, Ms. Banks, and Ms. McKendra are all amazing staff, they are the current staff of teachers working with my child, and are attentive, listen to my and my wife’s feedback, and work with my child to make sure they are engaged and enjoying time at the school. Staff changes recently made it rough and a lot of negative reviews came out of it. Take all of them with a grain of salt as the staff that has negative reviews that I have seen are no longer at the school.(disclaimer I did not read 100% of reviews but about 50%). Staff currently at the school is wonderful. Ms. Anita pours her heart and soul into all the meals and snacks she provides the children and I don’t stop hearing about how good they are.
My two kids, almost 2 and 10 have been going here for over a year and a half and have loved all their teachers and the friends they have made. Everyone is very communicative, it is nice to know my kids are at a center that wants the best for them. My older son gets picked up after school by their bus which is a great service. You get access to an App that you get updates daily of all meals, nap times, potty times, and pictures and videos of them having fun or doing activities, plus a live feed camera you can check in at any time throughout the day. Very grateful for all Childtime has done for my family!
Ms.Nia is an amazing one year old teacher. I am very grateful for her consistency, routine and love for the kids. She is extremely observant and writes incident reports for so many observations, even if she didnt see it happen (my daughter fell and got a bruise from a Lego at home and Ms. Nia wrote an observation for it, among other examples). Ms. Banks is always smiling and happy to see my kiddos. The staff know even parents name and will greet you as you walk through. Ms. Tara is trying her best to get the center on track and is always willing to listen to concerns.
