We’ve had such a great experience with this daycare. Our little one has been going since 8 months old and is now 1, and we truly couldn’t be happier. The staff is so kind and patient, and you can tell they really care about the kids. They keep us updated on how the day is going and are always open and communicative. It feels good knowing our baby is with people who genuinely enjoy what they do. One thing we really love is the updates throughout the day. We get pictures, videos, and messages, plus access to live footage. It gives us so much peace of mind to check in and see our baby smiling and having fun. We’re honestly amazed at how much our baby has learned. New words, little signs, more confidence walking around and playing with others—it’s been so sweet to watch. Our baby is so happy there and gets excited every morning. We’re just really grateful to have found a place where our child feels safe, loved, and excited to learn. Would 10000% absolutely recommend this daycare to anyone!!
My granddaughter (1) started attending about three months ago. At first, it took her a couple of days to stop crying at drop-off, but that quickly changed as she began recognizing the wonderful people caring for her. I must say, Ryan and Charlie are fantastic! I also love using the SproutAbout app—it lets me see real-time videos of my little princess, and the staff regularly posts photos of their activities throughout the day. Being able to check in and see her happy gives me so much peace of mind. The pictures are adorable, and it’s clear the kids are enjoying their day and staying engaged. We get to see her weekly lessons plans, updates on nap times, food intake and diaper updates! Full transparency gives me peace of mind! I would highly recommend Childtime of Flagstaff! Joanna is amazing, too. Even with her busy schedule, she always takes the time to greet us, and it truly feels like my granddaughter is at her second home. Thank you for keeping my princess safe and full of fun learning activities!
My son has been in childtime for a little over a year now. The first week was a little hard as he was just about to be 3 and had always been at home, a year with me, and almost 2 years with my mom watching him once I returned to work. Each day was a bit easier and a bit easier. That very next week he went in excited to see his friends and teachers and I barely got a good bye. That was eye opening for me to see him adjust so quickly and to watch my toddler start creating this new little personality. He's been moved to his different classrooms as he has gotten older and his skill sets have increased immensely. He is so ahead now from being in this environment and the entire employee set is so communicative and I've been involved in every step of the way. They touch base before any changes are made and my favorite part? They have cameras live time so I can check on my boy anytime I want. That put my mind at so much ease when I first enrolled him and it allows me to get to be part of his day, in a way, still. Every single one of his teachers has been absolutely amazing and such a great thing for my son. Joanna is amazing and is always willing to help and gives updates regularly. The staff has been so amazing with me and, most importantly, my son. His home away from home. This is the best facility in my opinion and my son is genuinely excited to go, even sometimes asking to go on the weekends.
Though we are no longer at ChildTime (our kids aged out) we were there for 4 years and it was great. We had both of our kids there so we experienced every-age classroom and each experience was different and helped our children grow and thrive. Our kids have even made friends that we still see outside of the center because we just grew to love them so much. Joanna is amazing- she knows every kid, every family, and is understanding of every situation. Nothing gets past her and she is supportive all around. Though there is some turn over with teachers because many are college kids, there are a few core teachers who are wonderful and my kids miss them dearly. The price for daycare here is competitive with other places around town, but we felt it was more worth it than other places considering the kids get breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks, as well as diapers/formula if your kids are at that age. The hours this place is open is super friendly to busy families and working parents- open at 630 and pick up by 6 pm. This flexibility took the stress or working longer days away and not having to pay extra if your kid is there up until closing like some daycares do or schools do. I also love how the app that ChildTime uses allows for easy communication with the school through the day. You can see when your kid ate, what they ate, message the teachers or receive messages from them, and watch the live video feed to see what your child is up to. Overall, our kids loved it there, we loved them going there and knowing they were safe and happy. We all miss being at ChilTime and if we had more kids, would send them there as well.
Childtime has been amazing! I’m so thankful for this daycare and the amazing care they give my children. The teachers are loving, attentive, and incredibly supportive. It brings me so much peace knowing they are surrounded by people who truly care about their well-being and growth. I love feeling connected through their app and it’s comforting when they post videos and pictures showing all the fun activities they are doing!
