I had the privilege of dropping off and picking up my grandchildren for a week while their parents were out of town, and I was truly impressed. The management team and teachers went above and beyond to help me every step of the way. The teachers were nothing but loving and caring—I told my daughter she really found exceptional care for her girls. You can tell the staff genuinely love the children and their families. This is a true community-driven school, and that warmth starts at the top with the management team. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, you can feel the love, support, and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Childtime of Indian Trail has been absolutely amazing for our family. The teachers are patient, caring, and truly make an effort to get to know each child. My child comes home happy every day and is always excited to go back, which says everything. The classrooms are clean, organized, and full of fun learning activities. I feel completely at ease knowing my child is safe, supported, and genuinely loved here. Highly recommend this daycare to any parent!

We absolutely love Ms. LaTonya and Ms. Covington. I can’t say enough good things about them. They are so kind, patient, and loving with the two-year-old class, and it’s clear how much they truly care about the kids. Our child feels safe, happy, and excited to be there every day, which means the world to us. Management is also amazing. Everyone is so friendly and supportive. They truly care about both the kids and the families. We’re really thankful for everyone and for such a positive, caring environment for our child.

My nieces attend this school, and I absolutely love how connected I feel thanks to the SproutAbout app. Getting real-time updates and photos throughout the day brings so much peace of mind. The teachers and management team are truly amazing. They consistently go above and beyond and always make sure to host multiple events that keep both parents and extended family involved. It really creates such a warm, family-centered environment. The school looks fantastic after the remodel, and you can tell that cleanliness and safety have both improved significantly. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the experience my nieces are having here!

Our 2 year old just started Child Time Indian Trail… and we couldn’t be happier. Leaving my son somewhere for 8 hours a day can be so nerve wrecking… but not with Child Time. I have full access to a live stream of his class, and get detailed updates - I feel like I’m missing nothing. The way Miss Latonya and Miss Cesslie handle him with such encouragement and care means the world to me. The food options are much healthier than his previous school and the variety is refreshing. Director and other staff always helpful and hands on. Lots of learning and creativity, lesson plans, etc. I overall feel my son is safe, loved, and using his brain while at Child Time.
