Children'S Universe

Absolutely the worse. They are very Unprofessional and the place stinks so bad. I'm truly concerned how they are still in business. My girls went here and omg I'm so happy they are no longer at this place. The worker will lie and say they did something that you ask of them for your child and won't do it. My youngest daughter for some odd reason so they say stayed falling and hitting her head on the floor or on the mini fridge that happens to be in the same area that infant to 12 month old kids are in. I can't believe nothing these ppl have said.

It's something off about this place that I had been praying about for some months now. It literally smells like something died inside & the staff seems to not be bothered by it AT ALL, no matter how much Parents complain.....all the while, it makes you wonder what in the world your child could be inhaling every day 🤔 The toys are filthy, the play areas/where different age groups are separated in, are extremely compact & the whole building itself seems to be on its last breath in structure. The Director of this location has no common sense (refer to other reviews below if you think I'm just being personal) & is horrible with communication-- is in relations with the Area Director-- the owners Son (TikTok put that one out there 💁🏾‍♀️) & some of the "teachers" there will holler victim if you address any concerns about your child. The Assistant Manager there truly should be the one in charge here (that is based on consistent observation & interaction with her--shes GREAT!) My Daughter was always ready to leave when I would drop her off/pick her up. She recently had a braid snatched from her SCALP & everyone acted as if they had no clue what happened, but ended up terminating my Daughters care because the Driver said she felt "set up" when I investigated the matter (they want you to leave it to Them, but again, no one "had a clue" as to what happened to my Daughter). Upon un-enrollment, all of a sudden it's "your Daughter snatched the braid out herself" 😐 Mind you, my Daughter is also Autistic & Non-Verbal; enabling her from formally speaking up for herself, so I absolutely advocate on her behalf & could care less about anybody being bent over it. The Owners are bias & go with whatever is being told to them without fully looking into matters, but will quickly invite you to their Church that they pastor-- despite janky integrity. Weird. I have reported them to CCAP & the Health Department and will be sure to let others know of my experience here. Never EVER again will I ignore my gut intuition for the sake of assistance/care of my Child. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD/CHILDREN HERE, or ANY of their locations for that matter. Listen to your discernment!

Director makes too many promises but doesn't deliver upon initial enrollment, got stuck with a bill , work something out with her , all she cares about is her payment. Been writing my child up constantly for insignificant things, he behaves like a 3 year old, but never reports when some done to him in return. I have to constantly stay on top of the regarding paperwork. She doesn't prorate for Holiday. The only time I can get her to cooperate with me is when payment is to be expected other than that if I paid to early I feel cheated out my money and service , I missed out on Dr appt work etc and I'm pregnant. She seate my circumstances she just ind Ifferent towards concern.

Roach infested and one teacher snatched my child and told him roughly to go sit down

My daughter and I love Radiance. As the parent love that they have structure and they staff is great!
