I recommend CRCC to anyone looking for a center dedicated to fun, safety, and education for youth of all ages. My son loves it there, I love it there. Any issues are promptly communicated and solved.
Warning to all Special Needs parents considering CRCC for your child care provider. First, the staff that actually interacts with your child in general is wonderful. Top Notch. Now those in charge of leading the facility/business do not care at all about our little ones. All they care about is money from donations and the government. Our little man has been kicked out, due to us not needing to use the system to aid in our funding. If we have a waiver (govt hand out) our son can go 8 hours, no problem. If we pay out of pocket, we will be charged the full time rate with no variance. Nevermind the fact that our three and a half year old has been there since birth. Booted. On top of that, during the pandemic, the special needs kids were not allowed to attend, while the facility catered to first responder children, using funds intended to care for special needs. The “leadership” discriminates and quite frankly are frauds. Save yourself the heartache, and look elsewhere.
Hands down, the greatest decision I could have made for my son - and for myself! Each staff member that I encounter seems more like a friend or family member, and as a single parent, I really appreciate that about them. it is so nice to have someone who really cares about my son to talk to about his day, share info, ask advice of. I love this place
