Best place to buy school uniforms. Not only was Kim extremely helpful, she went above and beyond to help my girls get the right sizes, styles they wanted and colors for their school. Ordered the remainder of items online with ease with her help. She made this year’s school clothes shopping experience actually enjoyable for both my girls and I. Highly recommended The Children’s Place in Jacksonville Mall, and if you need any help I’d ask for Kim. (She even went in the back and was looking for the right sizes for my girls before suggesting online ordering) Very very happy with our visit and experience!
Amazing customer service, greeted soon as I walked in asking if they could help find anything, I had a pick up order but ended up purchasing more as I was told about awesome sales going on. Between the beautiful set up, great customer service, amazing quality clothes that my little girl loves I will definitely be back for more shopping and ordering. I will continue to shop here for all my needs and refer others. Kim is the definition of great customer service! Five plus stars ⭐️

Customer service where? I ordered My daughter's uniform pants Online because they have such a small variety in there. You also get a 15% off discount when you purchase online and have it shipped to the store. I normally go ahead and have it sent to my home but I figured why not. I got notification that my order Was ready to be picked up at the store while u was working. I know the mall hours here are Until 9 PM. I didn't realize that the stores had different Hours. I Got to the mall doors at literally 7:58 PM. I noticed stores seemed to be closing. I ran to children's place where it just happened to turn 8 PM and they had not even fully closed the gate. I asked the young lady to please let me in to just get my pick up order I didn't have to purchase anything it was already there. The one lady seemed to be nice enough and was going to let me in but the supervisor or manager who was there she asked if she could decided that the registers had already closed and she couldn't do anything about grabbing my order. I tried to Reason with her advising They could not have closed that quickly because it literally was just turning 8 PM. The lady refused to try to assist and advised that mall hours were different than the store hours and I could come back tomorrow. At 8:02, I left. I will never make the mistake of doing ship to store because 2 days worth of gas and the frustration is worth more than that 15% off. I will also be reporting this to corporate. They should know the type of customer service being given in this store. I have never had an issue with this store in the past and am an active children's place shopper, but this lady looked new and definitely doesn't do their customer service any justice.
