My daughters had an amazing time while being cared for. The place is always very clean and smelling super good, they keep doors closed for safety and cameras everywhere to ensure the safety. I can honestly say my girls talk about this childcare still! The teachers are very sweet and patient, you can tell they truly care about the kids, not just a pay check!

My son has been at this daycare for about six months now and we have nothing but positive things to say about the teachers and location. My husband and I took a chance when we had to quickly find another childcare facility and found Children’s Kingdom Academy. We were so happy to have hit jackpot. The building is clean, everyone is kind and most importantly my son is thriving. He even cries when we have to pick him up because he is having so much fun. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

This was the very first daycare we sent our baby girl to, she was only 4 months old when she started. My husband and I wanted a small daycare that would make sure to give her plenty of attention. Over the next year, she learned so much and was in love with her teachers, especially Ms. Annia. The director, Marilu, is always easy to reach via phone or email. She also would call me personally if she had any questions or feedback, which was very appreciated. The center was always clean and we could tell baby girl was cared for, even in the small ways. Her hair is curly can easily get tangled, but the ladies would actually take time to comb through and restyle it throughout the day so it wouldn't hurt to detangle later. This is just one of many small acts that indicate they pay attention to details. Her father would mainly take her to/from daycare and had a little bit of difficulty with the language barrier because most of her teachers speak Spanish. I specifically wanted her exposed to Spanish as much as possible (she is half) so this was a benefit. Overall, he managed just fine and anything important was always communicated through Marilu in English with him or via phone with me. Our family moved out of Florida a couple weeks ago which is the only reason we needed to leave the daycare. We made sure to thank all the teachers with some flowers because they truly are wonderfully kind and caring to my daughter. Trusting the right place to watch over your little ones is an important decision. We recommend this center to anyone looking for an honest review.

I previously gave this daycare 5 stars for educational value and because the director, Marilou, asked me to leave a review to help with higher accreditation. But educational value does not outweigh quality care. My son has came home injured- scratches and welts on his face- and Marilou has stated that my son “ran into a bookshelf”. When my sister, who is a LCSW Candidate, saw the injuries, she immediately said the injuries look like he was attacked. After prying the answers out of Marilou, she admitted that another child did in fact attack my son and continued to enroll that child for an additional week. My son was subsequently attacked again, resulting in scratches down his face and back. I have asked to see cameras on several occasions and I have never been granted that access. I have told her my son isn’t being fed enough. I witnessed the morning teacher give one tbsp of oatmeal and 3 half split grapes to a toddler. When I told her this, of course she refuted it, even though she wasn’t there. She swore we were not being good parents and even mentioned a DCF course that apparently she was taking that confirmed we weren’t being good parents simply because my son asked for milk. Of course, I challenged her because absolutely not- all for her to investigate and find that one of the many new teachers (high turnover) was neglecting to give the kids water and she apologized. The audacity. I have stopped by the daycare unannounced and witnessed Ms. Jennifer yell in my son’s face and ram his feet down in his shoes with anger and force to the point where he cried. I was so angry to the level of threatening to call the police because Marilou was trying to explain away such trash behavior on the part of an adult towards a two year old. I’ve sent emails (with no response) having to ask them to not pull or grab on my child as though that is not common sense for a childcare provider. Ms. Raquel has tapped my son on the face to grab his attention like he’s some animal. I had to address that with her. Marilou tried to convince me that my son had emotional issues and that he was insecure and clingy. He’s two and currently experiencing “terrible two’s”. Additionally, I am not ignorant to what I don’t know, so when Marilou told me this, me being me, I reached out to a Child Psychologist, who evaluated my child and all results came back normal. When I told Marilou this, she seemed highly annoyed that I would even get a second opinion. Then proceeded to back track on everything she said about my son days prior and attempted to agree with the Psychologist. I was shocked! I first experienced this shady behavior when she tried to charge me extra for daycare as though I can’t read or do basic arithmetic. When I submitted a school transfer, she felt the need to revert the price back to what it was rightfully supposed to be. She’s even implied horrific things about my family with other teachers, which I’m not surprised because she openly admitted one of her enrolled students in my son’s class has “a condition”. For obvious reasons, that is a gross violation of that child’s medical privacy. I witnessed them push that kid aside (in a metaphorical sense) to cater to my son, who had no immediate need, simply because my son is emotional attached to the teacher. Totally not ok I had to tell Marlilou that’s unacceptable for my son to receive preferential treatment and it’s emotionally unhealthy for both children. She told me she didn’t want to move my son because he’ll have a tantrum (actively teaching my child he can do and have whatever he wants if he cries and that he is favorited, WHICH IS A BREEDING GROUND FOR JEALOUSLY AND RESENTMENT. This has caused behavioral issues at home, which is an issue for us since there is about to be another baby at home soon. Anyways, to Children’s Kingdom Academy, DO BETTER. To the parents, proceed with caution!
