Tonight my grandson is not at home in his bed he’s recovering from surgery at the hospital. While playing at daycare he ended up going through a window. Tell me how this happens if he was being watched. I was told by the Angela Bennett (direct) that the teacher that was suppose to be watching him did nothing wrong. Staff at the daycare couldn’t even tell me which window he went through and proceeded to walk me and Office Drew through about 3 rooms before we found what you’ll see in photos. I was told the teacher (Shanta Whitaker)had 10 kids and later 8 ( which one was it). My grandson suffered cuts to 3 major nerves, muscle, tendon, and arteries. The doctors are hoping do to his age(4) that he’ll fully recover and has use of his hand. I would not recommend you send your children to this location. On several occasions I have seen kids unattended and standing on bookcases teachers are young and not equipped to care for these kids.
Absolutely delighted with our experience at this daycare! As a family recently moved from Europe, we were initially anxious about our non-English speaking son transitioning into a new environment. However, the staff's warm welcome and professionalism quickly put us at ease. Our son was enrolled in PreK, and we cannot say enough good things about his teacher, Ms. Renuka. She has been incredibly patient and understanding, providing personalized attention to help him adjust and learn English. Her dedication and kindness have made a world of difference, and we see our son's confidence growing every day. The daycare itself is well-organized, with a nurturing atmosphere that prioritizes each child's needs. The facilities are clean and equipped with a variety of educational and fun activities.
After a terrible experience with our first daycare, we are very thankful for the teachers here! Everyone is very kind, welcoming, and professional. We cannot say enough about how amazing Ms Margarita is in the infant classroom. Our son just loves her and is so happy to see her each morning. She communicates so well with us, we know she is truly aware of his needs and his usual behaviors. She helps to keep him on schedule and our son has developed so much in her care! He also loves Ms. Tae in the afternoons. The SproutAbout app allows us to get picture updates and notifications about his day too, so we can check in. The pictures and videos always brighten our days when we can’t be with him. We love the learning updates that show us what development milestones they are working on as well. Any minor issues we have had, have been resolved quickly and professionally. We are grateful for the team at Children’s Courtyard Plano.
This daycare has been amazing from the friendly, and supportive staff to the fun, enriching care and activities they have provided for my son. I’m so grateful for all their hard work and diligence in caring for my baby boy. The cameras are great, so you can check in on your little one, and they have picture days, and musical shows for the kids a long with other programs that make it more fun and educational.
We have been very happy with our daughter's progress since she started preschool at CCY Plano a few months ago. She looks forward to being at school every day! Ms. Michelle and her staff are very welcoming and we get constant updates about our child.
