As first time parents we were extremely scared to start daycare. Our girl started here around 8 weeks old and it was the best decision we could’ve ever made! Everyone here makes it feel like home. The teachers here are amazing and have shown so much love to our baby girl. I can’t thank them enough for making us feel safe here. Our girl has truly grown sooo much here and has learned so much already! She loves her teachers and her friends here. We truly appreciate the updates and the involvement they have here as a whole. This is such a great place to have your children at and we are so excited to watch her grow more here!

Enrolling our son at Children’s Coalition was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. The school’s cozy and welcoming atmosphere, combined with the genuine care from every teacher and staff member, made a huge difference. Mrs. Hannah, his teacher for two years, was exceptional...patient, passionate, and committed to delivering a strong, engaging curriculum. The smaller class sizes allowed our son to truly thrive and communication with the school was always clear and supportive. Thanks to this nurturing environment, he was more than ready for kindergarten. We are deeply grateful to Children’s Coalition for providing our family with such a positive and impactful experience!

As a parent of four children who have attended the Children’s Coalition Preschool in Galveston, I can confidently say this program is a true gem in our community. From our first visit, it was clear that this wasn’t just a childcare facility—it’s a nurturing and enriching learning environment designed with both heart and purpose. The academic curriculum is thoughtfully vetted and age-appropriate, providing a strong foundation for early learning. Each of my children entered kindergarten not only academically prepared, but also confident and eager to learn. The teachers incorporate play, creativity, and structure in a way that makes learning feel natural and fun. What truly sets the Children’s Coalition apart, though, is the genuine care and love shown by the staff. The teachers aren’t just educators—they are nurturers. They get to know each child as an individual and build strong, trusting relationships with both the students and their families. I’ve always felt confident that my children were safe, supported, and valued. The smaller class sizes and close-knit environment create a wonderful sense of community. The administrators and management are attentive, approachable, and clearly invested in every child’s growth and well-being. Communication is excellent, and I’ve always felt like a valued partner in my children’s early education journey. After seeing how well-prepared and emotionally supported my children are through this program, I can’t recommend the Children’s Coalition Preschool highly enough. It’s a place where children are truly seen, known, and given the tools to thrive—academically, socially, and emotionally.

We have used ChilCo since our son was first able to be placed in daycare. As a first time parent, this was a difficult thing to do. It took less than a week for my wife and I to realize that this place is special. The teachers genuinely care for all the children, they are also very responsive to parents and their concerns. Consistently updating us throughout the day. The teachers here are unmatched, they are caring and smart and develop real and lasting relationships with the children. The resulting stability (teachers move up with kids when possible) has helped my sons confidence and emotional development. The curriculum is also high quality, and my boy has excelled in his learning. The facility is well maintained and the rooms are fun and clean. My son adores going to 'school', and the abilities and behaviors that are fostered here will put him in a good position to continue to excel.

I've used Children's Coalition since early 2022, and I couldn't be happier with the choice to send my child to ChilCo. The teachers who work here do a wonderful job with the kids. The children are always well supervised and the curriculum is full of fun activities that help them learn in a developmentally appropriate way. There is constant feedback from the teachers and management about my child's progress, and any time I've had questions or concerns they've been extremely responsive. I've never felt dismissed or unheard when I came to them with questions. It's really a team atmosphere between the parents and teachers. There's a great mix of fun, open-ended play and more instructional time. And just in case this helps to assuage any new parent's concerns, I've had to pop by at odd hours to pick my child up early or drop them off late from time to time due to appointments, etc. The teachers are just as engaged and the kids are just as happy at random hours in the middle of the day as they are during prime pick-up and drop-off hours. There's no 'putting on a show' when the parents come by and then plopping the kids in front of a tv once the parents have left. This is an extremely high quality child care facility, and I recommend it to every parent in the Galveston area.
