What Parents Say
Children of Valour Christian Academy receives mixed reviews with significant concerns about management. While some parents praise staff kindness and cleanliness, multiple parents report serious issues with the director's behavior, inadequate supervision, disorganization, and poor parent communication.
This is a long overdue review but PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE! The teachers are very nice and genuine but the director can seriously kick rocks. She seems to be a nice lady who has everything together but in reality she can not handle all children in which she says. When doing a tour she said that the facility would be expanding and it never did. She stated that the kids would be doing summer field trips which they NEVER WENT! She had called all the children slobs and sloppy pigs. When I approached her about it she tried to say ALL THREE OF MY CHILDREN were lying. After my oldest felt disrespected she no longer respected her and she kicked my daughter out of the daycare. This is by far the WORST facility to bring your children to and with moving they have been in 3 other day cares with no issues. Like stated before the teachers are awesome, replace the DIRECTOR and the place with thrive soo much better!!!!
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to send their child to this daycare. They are horrible!! The owner Mrs.Tamara is very rude and disrespectful to the parents. My son was coming home with unexplainable scratches on his face, which don’t get me wrong I know kids will be kids, but when there are three adults in the classroom The children should be supervised a lot closer. Not only that, when I would send my son to the daycare with his clothes on his body he would come home with different clothes on, not that there’s anything wrong with that, but the clothes that he had on wasn’t his And let’s keep in mind that I have always been on top of bringing his own change of clothes and pull ups when needed. When I asked a particular teacher where was his clothes, she told me that when taking my son to the pot she accidentally got the his jeans mixed up with another child, which doesn’t make any sense because if she’s taking his jeans off of him to use the potty they shouldn’t be to far away from him to put back on. I could tell it was a lie when she was explaining it to me but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. When I talk to the owner about it, she yelled at me and tried to belittle me. It took everything in me to keep my composure because I don’t like to yell or get out of character in front of my son, but I was very upset. I asked about my sons jeans every day, and every day they told me that the other child’s mother would be bringing them back, it took the child’s mother two weeks to bring my sons pants back, now being that Covid is going on I feel that they should have been way more organized than what they were. Not only that the daycare is filled with drama as soon as you walk in the door you can feel the animosity towards the teachers because they don’t like each other and they will talk about their coworkers to the parents.. it’s a mess. They have one good teacher who work there, her name is Mrs. Veronica. I never really had any issues when she was working in the classroom that my son was in, and if I did have a concern she was always so professional and made me feel very comfortable , but I noticed when she started working in the other classroom things went downhill for my son. I can truly say that I am very pleased with the Daycare my son is attending now, They’re very hands-on and updates me on everything and I couldn’t be more happy ☺️
Do not recommend this facility. It's old and not up to date the director is rude and doesn't know how to talk to people. Very condescending and they are understaffed but say they are taking more kids. If you'd like your kids to actually learn and be watched properly, then I suggest you send your kids elsewhere.
The workers are very nice. They take extra precautionary measures to keep toys clean, tables and their sleeping areas. The directors are super nice and accommodating.
Best school ever it's Filled with Love ❤️..Owner and Director are awesome 🥰
