So far, I have had wonderful experience in Children of America, Appleton. The staff is amazing here. My son had separation anxiety but now he loves to go to school. They have an app through which they keep on sending pictures and keep us updated about their daily routine. Also, they have cameras in every room through which I can see my kid whenever I miss him.
Since my two daughters started i have had nothing but a positive experience here.My daughters are always excited during drop off to see their teachers and to start their day! The staff is very supportive and understanding and welcomed our family with open arms. Look how much fun these pictures they send through the app are!
My son goes here and loves it. He’s so happy to see his teacher every morning. The director and assistant director are so welcoming every time I drop off and pick up.
We've been a part of COA for 6 years now, starting with my son until he started kindergarten and now with my daughter, currently enrolled. I'm very picky about who watches my kids (thank you, anxiety), and I have always felt comfortable with them at COA. I know they're safe, the staff shows them so much love, the building is always clean, and I get plenty of pictures/videos of them having fun every day.
We were enrolled for less than 2 weeks before deciding to unenroll. One of my children was left in the same diaper for 9 hours straight. My children had soiled diapers nearly every day at drop off. There was very little communication. The app is completely useless. No incident reports for injuries near eye or 102 degree fever. We were quoted one price and then we’re charged nearly $100 more per week. Do not recommend.
