Our daughter has gone to child haven for over a year now and it's amazing. The teachers are very caring and attentive and they go on field trips and send home art projects and we are excited to have our newest addition starting there soon as well. I'd recommend it to any family.
This school has always been awesome until the past few months they changed everything and at this point I have decided to withdraw my son from this school. I would not recommend anyone to go to this unorganized mess of a preschool. There used to be so many kids here thriving and learning and having fun. Now there is literally 3 kids per class room. It is dead and dull here now. What a shame. It makes me sad to see this amazing preschool just completely hit rock bottom.
I have been there 3 months. I herd everyone that works there is certified and educated. All I see are girls that don't seem to. Understand how to use common sense .I went there thinking it be a good resource for family's.DAYCARE NIGHTMARE it's just a way to monitor ur family it's sick.for state. They send home notice after notice while my son in for 6 days in hospital with ring worm pink eye Bronchitis phenomenon when dropping off my 4 yr old. with illnesses and diseases . Childhaven have pick up n drop off the times are impossible .I see how hard it would be for student or full time part time parent to use thiere service. No exceptions 10 am 4 pm if parent transports.but daily they pick up at 830 and drop off 3 for me. They keep kids that are sick steady comin. They want most kids there that bad away from there parents .from what I see I'm going there as a regular family n they treat everyone like a cps case home visits no matter ur circumstances. They want every doctor appointment documented and there food Is horrible. No recourse iv asked for help n dip ears n wipes they never have more then 6 diapers to give per month . my son in hospital 5 days n they wanted him back the 7th day . They call n hound for them to come back before even u blink. Front desk lady is rude as all he'll no sense of humor .like ms trunchble. In the movie matilda I'm one of the best parents I know my mom had a home daycare 28 years. the daily routines are good but yet that s the only thing. I had no socks one day no under wear. The reason being my son potty training poops everywhere I have 1 year old with no laundry machines. just moved in to new place.and I needed extra diapers for my son at night they call CPS I'm pissed they waisted there resources that I see 3 kids the need services. I'm done I'm on fire. I know it will be closed but still.i will let everyone know about this place . If ur in trouble yes go here if u love u kids and u know they should b with u in day time. But if u have two kids ur house 2 cars 3 TV nice outfits. N everyone knows who u are and how good of parents u are. I threaten to leave because of there infected ways and kids are sick more then normal dirty homeless places iv seen healthier kids.asking about the under wear socks and not being on time when I am working hard I pick up my kids on their time I'm paying them. I hope u this is helpful . I let u know how it plays out .
Excellent daycare, it has everything our children require, love, care, and learning, I would put my children back again and again, I am very grateful, it is an excellent place and it has wonderful people, thank you
Worst experience i have ever had dont recommend at all!!!! That lady that works up front is just plain rude also both my kids after going here got really sick!! Finally after getiing new letters everyday about scabies & lice pinkeye ringworm and that we had 2 watch and check are kids for it got very annoying 2 keep up with all there demands and there strict drop off time a daycare is supposed to fit ur needs not make it harder on u!!
