Ms. Mia McCray who is the current director of childcare network on S. Sellars mill rd is one of the most heartfelt, personable, most understanding professional women I have met in a very long time. My son who is on the spectrum stepped into her building uncontrollable and when I tell you Ms. Mia has went out her way to help me with him when another daycare just unenrolled him because they didn’t have the “specialty training” to keep him. The entire staff at childcare network has worked with me to figure out ways to help my son be more efficient in a social setting. Thank you so much for all you do!

I would just like to say thank you to Ms.Catherine and Ms.Brittany for all of their help and hard work they go over and beyond to make sure everyone family that attends the childcare is comfortable. My 1 year old first time attending daycare was when he started CNI back earlier this year at first he would always cry and have a fit but being he’s an energy baby and all of the teachers and staff and so loving it took him no time to adjust my 4 year old daughter as well so I just want to again say THANK you guys for everything you do it doesn’t go unnoticed.

Lack of communication from the infant teachers is abysmal. We never know what is going on because the app is not updated, teachers do not tell us anything, or the teachers are moved around so much I never know who the teachers actually are. We have been trying to transition our son, who is nearly a year old, to sippy cups, and we were just informed a few weeks ago that the teachers were supposed to help with that transition and helping to introduce solid foods when he is 9 1/2 to 10 months old. We were not told until he was 2 weeks away from being a year old. Teachers are never on time. Granted, there have only been FEW teachers who actually told us anything and updated the app. Are the teachers actually helping our children at this daycare?

My oldest child attended Childcare Network 78 for summer of 2022. She ADORED every teacher there and had the best time with Mrs. Aimee. Mrs. Amber was so helpful with making a space for my younger son to do drop-in care a few days. He has a very hard time with transitions but Mrs. Amber and her teachers in the A building made him feel welcome and safe. I remember there being a sign on the door to the classroom welcoming him. Both my children speak so highly of Mrs. Aimee and Mrs. Amber and their staff.

I am beyond pleased with the experience I and my children have had here at Childcare Network! The staff have been amazing. My children are happy and well cared for every day. My 7 year old is always ready and never complains about going in the mornings at drop off. That is probably the biggest compliment I could EVER give! My 1 year old is all smiles at the end of each day. I can't say enough how wonderful the staff here have been. I've found a place I trust and with your children there's nothing better than that!
