Easily the worst daycare I’ve taken my child to. There’s no structure whatsoever, they’re always short staffed and often times I’m turned away from being able to drop my child off or have to leave and come back at a later time. They never answer the phone or respond to emails. Once, they knew my child had a fever and failed to call me or tell me anything until I picked him up and his fever was so high he ended up in the hospital with croup. There’s also recently been allegations of certain teachers being aggressive with kids and calling them out of their name. If you have a strict job, stay away from this daycare! I have been late and had to call off work multiple times due to the fact that they can’t keep staff in the building.

I just want to share how grateful I am for my childcare provider. I’ve been with them for the past five years, and while it’s always been good, these last few months with the new administration have been exceptional. The services for the children have improved so much—they’re incredibly attentive with both the kids and the parents. They make the enrollment process smooth and even assist with Child Care Network applications as well as NC Pre-K enrollment. They’re always ready to help with any questions, and if they don’t have the answer, they make sure to connect you with the right person. The director and staff have truly created such a supportive and welcoming environment, making this one of the best experiences we’ve ever had.

All I can say is, "it takes a village". I am so blessed my granddaughter is among beautiful people, this village, who care so lovingly for these children. The care, the professionalism and the love I have seen, is unmatched. Childcare Network Six Forks, I wish I could leave 100 stars...you deserve this and more. Thank you!!

My son attended the nc pre-k program as well as the afterschool and summer camp at this location. I am a strong believer that some people are NOT meant to work with children. There are a handful of “teachers/educators” or whatever they are called that are very extremely rude to the children. If you don’t have the patience or the love for the children you are working with I strongly believe you should find a different job. We, as parents, do pay money for our children to be in a safe place. If you are thinking of enrolling your child in here I highly suggest NOT. My son has been called numerous names by ADULTS working there… again ADULTS calling CHILDREN names. This place has caused a lot of trauma not only for us as parents but for our son as well.

I cannot recommend Ms. Brittany, her staff, or this facility enough! I literally drive past more than 5 other daycares on my way to this one but would not dream of sending my children anywhere else. When I was pregnant with my first baby, I found searching for childcare to be so overwhelming. How would I know that my baby would be okay somewhere? Luckily, a friend recommended this place. She had sent all three of her kids here and they were alive and well adjusted enough, so I felt comfortable at least giving it a shot. I am SO glad we did!! We have been SO happy here. My daughter absolutely thrived in the infant classroom, and has now graduated to the toddler room where she is continuing to thrive. I have genuinely felt like all of her teachers care about her well being and development, and she has clearly loved her teachers right back. I always know when I ask her if she wants to go to school that the answer will be a big “YES” and immediately running to the door. It has been such a relief to know that when I’m at work, she is not only cared for but really happy. This is probably just anecdotal, but I also feel like this facility has less sickness than other places. My friends at work with kiddos in daycares are sick so much more often than we are. The sick we do get is always mild and quick. It feels like we are playing toddler life on easy mode!! Management is extremely available to hear out any concerns, and I’ve always felt that my concerns were heard and addressed. I truly cannot recommend this daycare enough. My children will never go anywhere else—I hope you consider this place for your babies!!
