We love Childcare Network-Chester Ridge! Our daughter has been there since October 2023, and we've seen her grow so much—socially, emotionally, and academically. The staff has always shown themselves to be caring, attentive, and truly invested in the kids. It gives us such peace knowing she’s in great hands every day. We're so grateful for this center!

I cannot recommend this Childcare Network location enough! My daughter started daycare about 5 months ago which was new for me asa first time mom. This was the first daycare my child ever attended, and I have always felt confident that she is in great hands. Anytime I’ve had a concern, the staff has responded with kindness, genuine care, and immediate attention. They are very open to answering my questions and making sure that my needs are always fulfilled. There was one instance where an employee had to be let go due to an unfortunate situation, but the way the center handled it was nothing short of professional. They informed me promptly and reassured me that my child’s safety was their top priority, which gave me so much peace of mind. We are always greeted warmly with a smile and a hello even on day where I may not be the most enthusiastic. What I love most is how accommodating and understanding the team has been. They’ve worked with me to ensure my child could stay enrolled, even when I faced challenges. The staff builds real connections with the children and provides a warm, nurturing environment. On top of that, they feed my baby well and truly go above and beyond to meet her needs. I’m so grateful I chose Childcare Network. It’s clear they care deeply about the kids and families they serve.

I am a first time mom to daycare and this place have made me so comfortable they love my babies and take so great care of them I wouldn’t say this is a daycare I would say they are family and I’m more than happy that I found this place Ms Tovia and Ms Ashley does an amazing job and I love them so much I thank you guys for loving my babies and making us family

Our little one has been attending day care at Childcare Network here on Chester Ridge for over 2.5 years, and it's been an overall lovely experience. From the first day in 2022 when they were 3 months old, the teachers and administrators made us feel welcome, safe, and secure. I'll never forget that first day and how bummed my wife and I were to drop them off, but I'll also never forget how kind and reassuring everyone was. It's only gotten better since! We've progressed from babies to toddlers to two-year-old rooms, and everyone involved has been so nice to our child. We have regular conferences—who knew they have those for toddlers!—as well as daily updates on how things are going. We've gotten to know several of the teachers quite well, and some of them after they've left for other positions have even continued to communicate with us or even spend time with us. It really feels like a loving, giant family. The director and assistant director are awesome and on top of things. They're very transparent on the odd occasion something does go amiss, and they're incredibly easy to work with. Most importantly, our kiddo loves going to day care here, and it's obvious Childcare Network loves having them, too.

The teachers at Childcare Network in Highpoint are outstanding! They are some of the most caring and loving group of women I have ever met. My son has been attending since he was 3 months old. Being a working mom is very hard. Since day one, I have had tremendous support emotionally from everyone on staff. Ms. Lorien and her staff provides the comfort and assurance that my son is well taken care of. They really go above and beyond to take care of the children entrusted to them. It truly takes a village to raise a child, and I'm glad that we are a part of this village. I wouldn't take my son anywhere else. Thank you!
