So glad we switch our son's to this daycare!! Ms. Lita and Ms. Erika the administrators are wonderful and understanding. Our son within the first week said I love my new school. The facility is clean, safe and has separate play areas for the different age groups. Very happy with the structure and learning that is taking place here.
Overall I would recommend childcare network. We’ve had a great experience with the infant teachers. They are caring, interactive and make an effort to tell you about your child’s day or answer questions. The Kids Report app isn’t great and there are no video cams to check in — so there is room for improvement with technology. There have been three changes in management in less than 1 year at this facility. Last month there were some staffing issues with the teachers that could have been handled more seamlessly. We would have appreciated better communication, but eventually it got worked out. We will continue to trust childcare network with the care of our child. I hope this facility is compensating their teachers/staff fairly and expressing their appreciation! If it weren’t for attentive and friendly teachers, we would likely look elsewhere for care.
I’ve never been happier with a daycare. The teachers-Ms. Jennifer, Ms. Sharon, Ms. Sasheonna, and Ms. Kadisha (and many more who step in for absences) are wonderful people who care for my boys as their own. The directors-Ms. Erica and Ms. Lita are amazing and friendly. They are constantly making sure their staff, students, and parents are happy.
This school was going down hill fast with several directors and almost no staff. They just got a new director and she has made all the different. Not only do her and the teachers provide a comforting at home feeling but the facility, atmosphere and quality of care has really improved. My son will continue to be a part of the childcare network family for years to come.
My kids have been in this daycare for about 3 years now, for daycare and after school purposes. The teachers that have come and gone, and the ones still there, are loving and fun! My kids have never been purposely harmed, they are encouraged daily, and any accidents have been reported immediately.... my daughter is accident prone (lol). They all work hard to ensure everyone is safe, and are slowly adding extra activity rooms, such as their very own comfy library for the kids to read and learn!! I'm very happy with this location and do not plan on leaving anytime soon. Thank you Melissa and staff for taking great care of my littles! My whole world is in your hands, and you have not disappointed me!
