This place has become so much more than just childcare for our family; it’s a true community where our kids are loved, supported, and allowed to thrive. Ms. Donna, the director, has been the heart and soul of our experience here. Her warmth, leadership, and genuine care set the tone for everything. She knows every child by name, makes time for every parent, and creates an environment where both kids and staff feel valued and respected. You can tell this isn’t just a job to her — it’s a calling. The entire team follows her example. They are patient, nurturing, and always full of positive energy. Our kids come home happy, curious, and excited to go back — and that says everything. Whether it’s through creative activities, gentle guidance, or just the way they listen to the children, they show every day that they truly care. We’re incredibly grateful for Ms. Donna and the amazing staff. Thank you for the love and attention you pour into your work. You’ve made a lasting impact on our family.

We brought our children here starting in late summer/early fall 2020. For 2020-2025 this has been another home for them. The Staff (from the director to the teachers and general staff) have been excellent and very compassionate. They have helped my son grow so much. They provided care, Preschool Education, Speech Therapy, and just general love for him overall. Coming in everyday dropping him off in the morning and picking him up in the afternoons and being greeted with care and friendliness has been a great part of our days. My daughter was here for about a year then moved on to Kindergarten (and they helped her so much preparing for it) and my son as mentioned was here for those 5 years and is now moving onto Kindergarten as well (both are at JCA). None of this is possible without the hard work and care of this place. Thank you so much Childcare Network of Winston Road Clayton.

We have been at this location for going on 3 years and we have loved every minute of it! Miss Selena and Miss Maria come up with the cutest items for their class projects. They are great with keeping me up to date with communication on his milestones. I’m going to be sad when it’s time to move him up in the fall. 😢 (maybe I can sweet talk Donna into moving them up too 🤣🤣) As far as the admin staff you got the dream team here! Miss Donna is the director and is a rock star! How much she truly cares about these children is amazing. These are her babies. And Miss Tammy she’s a doll! I love her she has a special bond with my son she will get on to him when he’s gets out of and he straighten right up bc he loves some miss Tammy. Lastly is Miss Sheila the education coordinator… I’m not really sure what that means 😂 but she’s so sweet always making sure every class has exactly what they need and making sure these babies all have smiling faces.

We LOVE the childcare network on Winston road. Our daughter has attended since she was an infant. The staff and directors are SO kind and friendly. We are always greeted with smiles every morning and afternoon. My daughter is well-cared for and you can see that the teachers truly love the kids and enjoy what they do. My daughter briefly attended a different local daycare before this one and we have learned that fancy and modern does NOT mean a center provides better care. It’s truly about the staff and management. Childcare network has exceeded our expectations.

Hands down my number one pick for my child. I had toured around five different daycares and was losing hope on being comfortable with my son going to daycare. He was a little over a year and I was terrified to leave him all day. I walked into this location and not even ten minutes of being there two kids had ran up to Ms Donna hugging her and one asked if she could come to the class room later and she said she would come see her. You could feel the love radiating through that daycare. I was on the waiting list maybe 4 months and I would not budge on waiting for this daycare. They worked with me having that first time mom anxiety. Their app they use is extremely helpful. I could see how well he ate and how he was interacting in activities. He really opened up. He would go straight to Ms Anita and the love she shows those kids would remind you of your favorite auntie. I unfortunately took him out of daycare as we moved out of state but if I do decide to move back to the Clayton area this would be hands down my first pick again. Your child will be loved, will blossom, and grow. I'm so very thankful I found this daycare when I did.
