Childcare Network #241

My two sons have been at Childcare network for almost two years. I absolutely love the center. We love Mrs Jefferies and all of the staff. It's like our extended family, she definitely knows to reach out when needed and keeps me informed whenever I have questions. I always have peace of mind when I drop them off and that's how it should always be.

My son has attended this daycare since 2019.I just want to say I really appreciate Mrs Jeffries and my son's teacher, Especially this year at summer camp. Mrs Jeffries got the approval for field trips this year and my son was so excited. I never had an issue with staff at this facility. There was one incidents but within the kids and Mrs Jeffries was really apologetic and addressed the issue with the other student. Communication is great and I'm always greeted as soon as I walk in the door. They work with you as well as I have forgotten a few times my son was not going to be on the bus to notify them. I will definitely be sad when he is old enough to not need after school.

IF YOUR PLANNING TO PUT YOUR CHILD TO THIS DAY CARE CENTER I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! ESPECİALLY IF THEY CANT EVEN TALK YET. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON’T PUT YOUR CHILD SAFETY AT RISK !!! IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO YOUR CHILD THEY DONT HAVE A WAY TO CHECK WHAT HAPPEN. We had a bad experience to this day care center. We pulled out our child due to the reasons of.. FIRST, my child had a big bruise on his forehead that a teacher didn’t even know where it came from or what happen. We didn’t get notofied about it. My husband was the one who noticed it when he gets home after we pick him from the day care. (We still have pictures of my child with bruise) when we asked if the director (JEFFRIES) can check the camera to check what happen she said that the facility didn’t have cctv’s only live camera. After that incident she didn’t apologies or anything. She kept saying our child keep on crying thats why they didn’t even bother to check on our child. SECOND, our child got bitten by another toddler at the back (we have pictures to prove it) that WE DIDN’T GET NOTIFIED AGAIN they didn’t know when my child got bitten and who did it. For us, they are not really watching the kids. Again WE DIDN’T RECEIVE ANY APOLOGIES FROM THE DIRECTOR JEFFRIES. She’s not showing SYMPATHY. THIRD, we picked up our child early this time around 11:30am, we understand that around that time its time for the toddlers to sleep. When we get there every kid in that class were already sleeping except for our child. When we arrived there he was sitting on a chair dirty,crying, has a snot all over his mouth. And the two teachers just looking at him didn’t even bother to wipe him and pick him up they just let him cry. For what we experience with this facility in conyers ga. The teachers they are really not watching the babies/toddlers and the director is rude and doesn’t show sympathy all she cares getting paid every monday.

I moved to Stone Mountain Georgia from Mississippi and was expecting a baby. I had never had any of my children in daycare before moving here. I had went through 5 daycare centers in the first three years of my daughter’s life until I called Childcare Network 241 and spoke to director and asked if they had any openings. She asked if I would like to do a tour to see if I wanted to move on with the registration. I drive over to Conyers from Stone Mountain to bring my daughter (Kay’Lee) who had just turned 3 and not yet potty trained. When I walked in that building I felt some weight lifted off my shoulders due to love, kindness, knowledge, smiles , dignity, attention, that me and child was shown. I went ahead and started the process and I must say that this was the best decision I could’ve ever made thanks to Mrs. Cythina! From the first day I dropped my child off I have been updated on her day to day activities!!! Not only that but I registered another child because I know that they both are in good hands by Mrs. Cythina being present at that building. I could’ve choose another building due to me not living close by nor work by 241… but I choose that one because of the love & care that they receive. Thanks, Nukisha Parker Clayton

My daughter started attending this daycare when she was 1.5 y/o, she's now 3.5 years old and thriving. She's learned a wealth of knowledge and skills since attending this daycare. She always excited to attend and enjoys going. I like that this daycare has an educational curriculum which allows the child to learn through song and play. I've always been notified in a timely manner if there was an incident with my child. Being a childcare provider is hard and I appreciate the dedication that the staff put into my child.
