Ms.Dannah Hannah is a very good director. Every morning I always see her handle the kids with care, she takes as much time acknowledging them to know almost any kid/baby by name as they walk through. She has a very great and nourishing attitude. Ms. Henley is also a great teacher my daughter loves them both.
Danna is an amazing caregiver at Childcare Network. She is patient, kind, and truly cares about the children. She creates a safe, positive environment and communicates well with parents. You can tell she loves what she does, and it really shows in how comfortable and happy the kids are. She is a huge asset to this center!
My son goes here. His is in the pre-k program and his teacher does a great job. He has gotten much better at writing his name, counting, and letter recognition. I love that they make an emphasis to always give me more positive feedback than anything. I know my baby is a handful but they do great with him.
My 3 children have been attending this daycare for about 3 years. We’ve witnessed a lot of parents come and go. We’ve witnessed a lot of teachers come and go. The daycare was great at first especially when it came to my autistic son. Since they’ve hired new staff, my son has been treated as if he doesn’t belong. They moved him from one class to the other because certain teachers did not want to “deal” with him. He’s never been a problematic child. He stays to himself for the most part. I reached out the teachers, director, and Ms Brittney to have a meeting discussing this behavior. Brittney would always avoid a meeting and act as if she’s busy or in a meeting. They have multiple teachers there that are REALLY young and don’t know how to interact with parents. I approached a teacher regarding the remarks she made about not wanting my son in her class because of him having autism and Brittney stated that I approached the teacher aggressively and wanted me to get my son and leave. I recorded the entire situation because I wanted to know what the response would be. The teacher twisted everything just as well as Brittney. This daycare is full of drama. Multiple teachers have left and parent have pulled their children out because of the pettiness and messiness. Brittney is the district manager now and you would think she would handle situations better. I even called and tried to speak with her regarding the situation about my son. She did not want to hear any of my concerns. I’ve had a pretty good relationship with her up until this point. She has become really nasty and childish. She was never this way until maybe about a couple months ago. My son’s therapists came as well and they’ve made complaints about the way my son was treated as well. Please be careful bringing your children here. The good reviews you see was for months or maybe years ago because it wasn’t this bad at first. I had good things to say as well. Take it from someone who’s had their children enrolled for 3 years. Also they continuously raise the childcare rate out of no where. Just be careful
My daughter was hit by Ms. Henley a teacher and I brought to the director Brittney Newkirk attention after speaking with Brittney she ensured that my daughter will be moved from the class after a week she wasn't and then my daughter was pushed down by the same teacher. After having to go off on the teacher she was moved. Fast forward I am trying to transfer my daughter because I feel she is unsafe yet as a mom I still have to provide. She was moved to Ms. Williams and Ms. Murphy class who are amazing. A situation occurred yesterday where my daughter was held down by two other students in her class one had her by the legs the other by her hair to the point my child now has bald spots. Ms. Brittney stated she would follow up and didn't so I spoke with regional director Michael who made me aware the incidents that occurred prior she had not reported. Upon going to the school today she expressed that my daughter who was attacked cannot report back to the school until Michael (R.D.) says it's okay as her (Brittney), Deanna, and Dae Dae (Jay) attempted to jump me in front of my child because I made it known that it is several teachers that are abusing our children and she just turns her check. So if your child states it happened please believe them. In return I called the police and made my report and they did the same. The little girls was not removed for what my 5 year old has to endure daily now while in the care of the school.
