Childcare Network #23

I usually don’t post things like this, but I feel it’s important for other parents to know. My three-year-old attended this daycare, and it has been nothing but disorganized chaos from the moment we started. The director has absolutely no control or structure, and even the teachers have voiced serious concerns about how things are run with me. I dealt with an ongoing situation where another child was repeatedly hitting mine, and it was brushed off like it was no big deal. Instead of addressing the issue or separating the kids, they continued putting my child around the same child—who I later learned has had similar incidents with multiple other children. This child gets removed from class several times a day, yet the director allows it because she’s close friends with the child’s mother. Safety should always be the top priority in any childcare setting, and parents’ concerns deserve to be taken seriously. Unfortunately, that’s not the case here. In my opinion, this daycare needs to completely start over—with better leadership, structure, and a true focus on the well-being of the children. This will be the last daycare I’d ever recommend to anyone. They will be better off, letting the children run the daycare. The teachers deserve better. The staff deserves better. This is unacceptable! Nobody should be head of a daycare that they can't control. Signed, you know exactly who this is! 😉

My godchild attends this daycare and I’ve heard so much positive feed back from her mother especially about Ms. Ariel. She puts in long days and really takes her time to teach these kids. We love to see a dedicated teacher ! Also Ms. Meeka is wonderful too!

My son has been at this daycare since he was 18 months old and has grown to love and know all the teachers. He just finished Pre-K here and will be turning 5 soon. Throughout our time here, I've only had one major issue with one of his teachers, and the director, Charmele, handled it quickly. We consider all his teachers, past and present, as family. Despite my son having a speech impediment, all his teachers, except for one, were patient with him and never made us feel like something was wrong with him because he couldn't always be understood. I am grateful for the many years we have had here. No daycare is perfect, just like no family is perfect. Childcare Network is like family to us. We may still visit at times to get his favorite cookies or his morning hugs..

Great Place!!! Very clean!!!! The staff are absolutely wonderful and truly go above and beyond for the children. From the moment we walked in, we could see how loving and attentive they are. It’s clear they really care about the kids' well-being and development. My child has flourished here, and I feel so comfortable knowing they are in such capable hands. The staff create a warm, welcoming environment that encourages learning and fun. I’m so grateful for the care and attention my child receives each day. Highly recommend!"

I moved here to assist my cousin with her twin boys and when I dropped them off this morning the staff was helpful. It was picture day and they assisted me with getting the boys changed into picture outfits. I told my cousin I love how they treat the children like they own. the boys were very comfortable with the staff thanks for loving my cousins ladies y’all are amazing.
