My son’s first experience at daycare with other children, Ms Liz, Ms Kayla, and Ms Angela really make it special for him. It’s taken a little bit of time for him to adjust with him starting right at the beginning of sick season, he’s is getting very comfortable making lots of friends and loving it! When we pull into the parking lot in the mornings he’s ready to get out, asking “where’s Liz” 😂 all of the teachers are involved with all of the kids! We’ve had a very good experience thus far, I’m excited for our childcare journey to continue here! Angela the director has always been very helpful with any questions I may have had especially as that parent that is a first time daycare parent. I was nervous but she helped my anxiety a lot. We love childcare network Arden so far!

I scheduled a tour of the facility during the time I was in town (we are being relocated for my husbands job). When I arrived, I stood at the gate as there is no quite clear direction on what door or gate leads to where. A lady walked up and asked if she could help me and I said I was there for a scheduled tour. She proceeded to tell me that she had no idea there was a tour today and that they are short staffed and doesn't know if she'll have time. She ended up giving me the shortest tour of my life after saying "I'll tell you what I can as fast as I can". When we got done after about 10 minutes, she said that they actually aren't enrolling anyone at this time and that I can join a waitlist, which is fine, but she said "I don't know how that works or how to do any of that so you'll have to call back or come back tomorrow". The overall experience from the moment I got out of my car until I got back in my car, I felt like I was a burden and not welcome at all. Needless to say, we will not be moving forward with this center. Edit: we ended up having another tour that went great! Our daughter is adjusting well to the new daycare and I feel like she’s in great hands! The only reason for 4 stars is because I feel like the updates of her day don’t get posted as they should. Her review will say “1 bottle had” but she’ll have 3 bottles gone when I pick her up so I’m unsure about her feeding times and amounts.

Horrible experience! I called to schedule a tour. Arrived on time after hurrying to make it across town after work, only to be left outside after repeatedly ringing the doorbell, only to finally speak with a parent coming in for a pickup who finally told the person in charge I was there. When she finally got with me it was only to inform me they had no availability for my son's age group. When I asked why she set up a tour then she rudely replied that SHE didn't. No account ability and the reviews were already iffy at best. Do NOT waste your time and sanity on this place.

We highly recommend Child Care Network of Arden!! They do amazing with my two girls, ages 3 & 5! They’ve been going here for 2 years now & love it! They’re always in good moods at drop off, and pick up as well. Emily & Angela do a wonderful job with administration. Their staff is educated & nurturing! Our family is extremely grateful for them!! Thank y'all so much for loving my babies & being a HUGE part of their early education!! 🤗🩷

The staff at this school is fantastic! My son has Mrs. Audrey she is just so tentative with my son and a fantastic teacher. I know he isn’t an easy 3 year old. He has never been at a daycare that he is so happy to actually be there in the morning. Sarah who is the director is the sweet woman and is so helpful! We are so happy he is at this location and I feel so happy to leave him there everyday. All of the staff at this school gets an A+++ from me for sure!!! Best daycare in Asheville... 👍🏼👍🏼
