Chesterbrook Academy

My two-year-old was with me Non-Stop coming to work with me for about 6 months so she has bad separation anxiety but the school has done an amazing job of making her feel comfortable and she doesn't even cry when I drop her off! I feel so comfortable and blessed with the fact but I know she is safe and secure and having a great time at daycare. Not only is it a great day care for her but also the learning curriculum is incredible for all ages! I would highly recommend day care! They have also done a great job of taking precautions during the covid-19 outbreak which gives me at extra sense of security!

After spending the first two years with an in home family sitter the time came for us to choose a child care center for our daughter. When touring and researching all of the surrounding centers we were blown away by what Chesterbrook Academy had to offer. We actually moved to a new home and decided to change to a sitter that would be much closer to home, we quickly (2 weeks in) knew that Chesterbrook Academy was the only place for our daughter to learn and grow, and no amount of distance would change our minds. We started the re-enrollment process for our daughter at Chesterbrook this week and we’re so excited for her to be back at her “home school”. My heart is broken to hear of the closing of this location. We are so thankful for the time that she did get to spend and the growth she received while there. Mrs. Stoker and Mrs. Nikki were so very kind and always helpful. We look forward to the reopening and will be at the top of the list for enrollment when that time comes! Best, The Towery’s

It is a calming feeling knowing my son is in such great hands every day. The teachers and staff are incredibly caring and sweet and I couldn't imagine anyone else looking after him and teaching him while I'm at work. It's super tough being a single parent and having no choice but to leave your child in someone else's care while you work, but honestly I have never felt more at ease once I enrolled my son at Chesterbrook. If you're looking for a place where your family is treated like family then this is the place for you!

Directors do not know the difference between a severe case of reflux and a stomach virus. ??? The main director is an overpaid peson what has been there way too long. She does nothing but stay in her office. One of the assistants has a grandchild there and if you need to talk to her about something in the afternoon you get to discuss it with her and her family members sitting there at her desk intently listening to private conversations. This an average day care not an academy. The classroom teachers do a good job with the children.

If your looking for a good day care. I can say that the teachers at Chesterbrook tend to the needs of the children very well. However if your looking for anything beyond that keep looking. They professed to follow a curriculum given to them by the Nobel Learning community and hand out monthy worksheets and materials given to them but that's it. The Teachers seem uninspired and overworked. The children do not seem to be learning. My daughter even forgot how to count to 30 and sing her abc's which she was able to do when she started. A Nobel Learning community it is not, they should change their name back to The Rocking Horse Daycare and stop professing to be something they are not!! My daughter learned more watching noggin and sesame street!
