All three of my children have attended Chappell over the past 16+ years, and I couldn’t be happier with the care we have received. The staff are caring and truly dedicated to the children. I highly recommend them to any family looking for quality childcare.

Brought my infant here after having a great experience with my oldest who went there 12+ years ago. Most recently there has been issues where communication was failed on their end when expressed several times to communicate to both parents. This has led me to have to remove my daughter on short notice and find a new daycare last min in which I'm happy with the new location elsewhere. The year and half I've been there, there has been 2 new directors. Teachers were great, but some things could have been prevented.

We couldn’t imagine sending our son anywhere else! We always knew our son was in great hands from the moment we dropped him off. Thank you, Ms. Chantal and your team, for your understanding and the great care & love our son receives from you all. We appreciate what you do!

My experience with Chappell (DEERWOOD LOCATION) has been so great & my family could not be more happy to have come across this childcare center. Backstory: I am full-time military & my wife is a full time student, after touring multiple other daycare + childcare centers around Jacksonville we were ready to throw in the towel and make lifestyle changes for my wife to stay home with our 5 month old. There is no price you can put on comfort with your infant but this center is so worth it. Ms. Alma one of the infant teachers (my sons teacher) is so kind and genuine and she is truly the reason we placed our trust in Chappell, the way she cares for our son just fills our hearts, she is truly a blessing to our family and so many more!! If you are searching for infant childcare please come meet the staff at Chappell School Deerwood location they are the best! We have never had an issue with camera usage, we have messages and updates with all of the things my son does throughout the day. One of my favorite features of the school was the fact that we were able to bring our own diapers/ wipes & crib sheets as well as the infant encouragement for independence and meeting motor/gross milestones. All of our encounters with staff members have been great and we are very happy with Chappell Deerwood! We love Ms.Alma! Also, MCCYN accredited for Military families!!

I went there today for a tour for my infant son. Nobody was prepared for my arrival even though I called thirty minutes prior to say I was coming to do the tour. All I was given was a booklet of registration papers and that was it. Tuition, feeding schedules, nap time, activities, etc were not explained at all! I will not be enrolling my son here. Communication is key and that is seriously lacking at this facility!!!!!!
