Butler Creek Champions has been an amazing experience for both of my kids. Staff is amazing, caring, and kind. My only gripe is the website, and doesn't have anything to do with the site at all. Website is not user friendly and confusing. Payments specifically. Statements are confusing and don't show who specifically payments in the statements.
I have peace of mind knowing my child is at Champions. My child is not only kept safe and supervised there is structure in activities and they provide academic support even when the children went virtual. They are always friendly and welcome any questions or concerns. During virtual learning, they guided my child to be on time for classes, coordinated snacks and playtime around the virtual school schedule and assignments. The staff is prompt, professional and always available for clear communication. My child loves being there and loves interacting with all the staff.
The staff is amazing. Always keeps me informed on how my kid did for the day.
