Central Texas College Child Development Center

My son has been going here since 2021 when we first arrived to Texas and he was 2 years old. Prior to moving here he had a speech delay, was not talking and required speech therapy twice a week. When I enrolled my son I made sure his teacher knew and she went out of her way to work with him. He began speaking instantly. This is my sons last summer at CTC and I am beyond heartbroken for the day we have to say our goodbyes before kindergarten. During my son’s time there, he has grown in more ways than I could list. He has developed bonds with his friends as well as every staff member in that building. The CTC CDC staff has become family. I have watched for years as they greet each parent, family member and child by name. They host the cutest and best events to get families involved in their kids school life. The class sizes are small which is amazing (his previous daycare has 22 kids to 3 teachers for reference). Given that the classes are small and there are numerous teachers and aides, your child gets individualized care and learning opportunities. Your child doesn’t go unnoticed and isn’t just a number or a check for CTC. My son has never been hit, bit or hurt by another child and I believe that 100% reflects on each teachers control over their classroom. When your child walks into class, they immediately wash hands. After everything they wash hands. I see the teachers cleaning their classroom (to include surfaces and commonly touched items) every morning and afternoon. Because of their cleanliness, illness is not common there thankfully! It makes a noticeable difference. (My son was sick every week for months at his last daycare for comparison) Now the teachers. Given my son has been there for years he has had a different teacher in every age level. Every single teacher or aide that has gotten to teach him has loved him like he was their child. Years later he still will run up to every teacher to greet them with hugs because they have maintained that relationship with him (and us as parents as well). The relationships that we have grown with each and every staff member in that building is one that will be cherished forever. The CTC CDC family has acted as friends and family during multiple deployments, the good days and the bad. Putting my son in CTC CDC was hands down the best decision I could have made for our family. If you want a school for your child that will become their safe space, a place they are truly excited to go to and a place you can trust as a parent, CTC CDC needs to be your first choice. Thank you to everyone at CTC CDC, for providing the best care for my son but helping him grow into the sweetest, smartest little boy. I truly believe he is well beyond ready for kindergarten this fall BECAUSE of all the love and learning he was given at CTC CDC.

Actually, the best of the best preschool in the world, my daughter, 4 year old, told me so. I absolutely agree with her. How come no reviews for this wonderful place?
