I love the daycare; the teachers are wonderful and very helpful. They make sure my son has a happy morning and doesn't want to leave. And it has a great leader, Karina, who is an excellent director and a very kind person who always looks out for the well-being of the parents and children. She makes the daycare very pleasant and reliable.

I brought my newborn to this location in spring of 2024. I love the care my child received as a newborn and now, as a toddler. The teachers have provided consistent care, do fun activities with the children and share them daily. The director and teacher are genuine and always work to accommodate my child's needs, especially as it relates to multiple therapies and various medical appointments.

We have been attending Clearbrook KinderCare since Oct of 2022. We started our 10mo twins here after having ongoing staffing & classroom closure issues with our previous daycare. Now the twins are nearing 4 in the Preschool room, and our third son is almost 2, having started in the infant room at 3mo. We have loved our experience - Karina, Brenda and all the staff are wonderful. The biggest concerns you have dropping your children off with someone else is that they are 1) SAFE and 2) LOVED. Clearbook KC checks both of those boxes with flying colors. The teachers care about the kiddos, are kind and gentle, and have provided a consistent, safe enviroment where our boys have thrived. As a side note: My third son (21mo) is very verbal, already knows his colors, and can count to 10. I wish I could take 100% of the credit for this, but it is also an indicator of the attention and instruction he's received in his classrooms throughout his time at KC.

I just want to show my gratitude to this center that I have been bringing my son to for almost 2 years. I brought my baby when he just turned one year old, I was insecure because it's your child that they are going to take care of and therefore you have to feel safe taking him there. It was the first time that my son would attend a daycare, and I decided to go personally and from the moment you walk in you feel that warmth and empathy from the director Karina and her super attentive teachers. I am super grateful since you enter the center they welcome you and your child and make you feel that security about your child will be fine and he will also have love and will learn many things. My son had an accident at home and unfortunately he almost lost his two front teeth and they lovingly helped me with a soft diet, special attention and empathy to overcome the trauma that my son and I had gone through. Miss Irene was an important part of the process and I am highly grateful along with Miss Dayana who cooked that diet with the support of the director Karina, I will always be grateful. All the teachers my son has been with have had a very good experience and my son has been very happy. Miss Paola is super warm with the babies, she welcomed my son very well, along with Miss Brenda and Miss Maugina, they are always attentive, warm and kind with the babies. Miss Irene has a passion for teaching and her great ability, uff my son adores her. Miss Noha, although my son has been with her for a short time, he has quickly grown very fond of her. The team is truly wonderful, I have not had the opportunity to be with all of them, but I have observed everything since they give you the opportunity and trust since they are also super transparent when you go in for your children you can see how they work with them, not like in other places. Apart from the love they give them, they also teach them. My son has learned to use the bathroom thanks to their work, he also knows his alphabet and due to their constant stimulation, he has developed his language and his way of expressing himself better despite being bilingual. Because also apart from being a wonderful center, it is bilingual, that is wonderful for me. They really give a lot of love to their babies. The only sad thing is that at some point when I started taking my son, I had recently moved to new Westfield and I applied to work here and really, for the great work they do, they pay them very, very little for the amount that the center charges and compared to others near the area, that is why I could not enter since it did not cover my needs and they have to do the deep cleaning on top of that (I have seen) that in other centers that I had visited they have someone who cleans at least 3 times a week. Yes, I am very observant and it is unfortunate that at this point they do not value the work and passion that the teachers put into them since they are also in constant professional growth to give our children what they need. But thank you to each one of you for your wonderful effort. Because in a great happy work team there is always a great leader. Thank you, thank you, thank you πŸ™πŸ½

Our family has been with Clearbrook Kindercare since 2021 when we anxiously started our 3 month old here. We now have our 2nd kid in the toddler group and a 3rd kid on the way. We have found a wonderful place at Kindercare where we know our kids are safe, HAPPY, learning and developing so well! We have been able to watch our kids thrive and grow, and that is thanks to the amazing, compassionate and hard working teachers and staff we have been so fortunate to have over the years! There will be hiccups along the way at any daycare center or school, and we continue to have trust and confidence in the quality care Karina and all the great teachers will provide our children.
