I tried to book an appointment for a tour with the owner, she told me to come between 1230-1pm. I take off work early to meet her, get there, and she isn’t there. Her husband calls her an she tells me she’s going to have to reschedule.. she couldn’t call me to let me know this? But don’t you know when making the appointment she made sure to tell me that I needed to call her 24HRS in advance if I wasn’t going to make it. She then goes on to tell me that the infant room is at their nap time right now anyways so later would be better.. um YOU made the apt for this time... she tells me to leave my name and number AGAIN at the desk and she’ll call me to go back up there later. Needless to say, I never received a phone call from her. If this is how the OWNER operates, I could imagine how the whole facility runs. I will defiantly be taking my baby else where!
This was the best daycare in town. So sad the owners had to close it down do to personal health issues😞
