What Parents Say
This facility is not a daycare center but rather a medical facility (Castle Medical Center/Castle Adventist Health). The reviews are from patients receiving medical services including emergency care, labor and delivery, and diagnostic procedures. Patients consistently praise the compassionate, professional staff and quality of care.
I love my entire experience here. The parking was full and the parking attendant hustled to make parking spaces available for everyone. Entering the building has a very nice feel to it... not like that hospital feeling... The people who provided my services were extremely clear with their communication about what they were doing, what they could be looking for, and what the next steps were going to be. As they were doing their procedures they were kind enough to talk to me like a friend... I actually believe we could be friends. They even had a student there participating in my diagnosis and clearly she was trained equally as well as to how to treat people with kindness as you service them with respect. I can't say enough about my decision to make Dr. Lindsey my primary general physician and his office that works as an urgent care. I love it!!!
I am deeply grateful for my labor and delivery nurse (KAYLA), who held my hand—literally and emotionally—through one of the most intense and life-changing moments of my life. She made me feel safe, cared for, and truly seen. Her calm presence, gentle reassurance, and unwavering support helped me stay strong even when I felt overwhelmed. She encouraged me with every contraction, celebrated every small victory, and never once let me feel alone. Her kindness was not just in her words, but in every thoughtful action—adjusting my pillows, explaining each step, advocating for my comfort, and reminding me that I was capable and brave. Because of her, my birth experience became something beautiful, empowering, and full of love. I will forever remember her compassion and the way she helped guide me into motherhood. She was more than a nurse. Thank you for being the heart that made such a big difference on one of the most important days of my life. You will always be a part of our story. 🩵 -Archer Kai’s mom
Everything at check in was smooth until I submitted the patient form before having the worker witness my signature. The doctor also explained to me very well what she’ll be doing to me today. She made me feel very comfortable for my first time doing a mammogram.
It was very upsetting that I left without waiting for my discharge papers . Triage was fine but being in as much pain as I was I was put in a chair in a small room with dividers and 2 chairs in each slot. I waited almost an hour for a doctor to come in and check on me . In fact , we were the only ones in there until a mom and son came in for a cough etc. they were seen before us and even discharged before I got checked on. When the doctor finally came in he said, thank you for your patience just give me another 5-10 minutes . Maybe 15 min later the doctor comes in and says my tests came back negative and asked me what was wrong . I tell him . He then tells me approx 4-5 times that he can see I am very dehydrated . He said my lips are really dry . He then told me to go home take ibuprofen for the pain and drink clear liquids for dehydration . He also said maybe it’s a virus and he can’t do anything else . Why wasn’t I given Iv fluid . I have insurance ! I always loved castle hospital . Even the ER because they always took great care and very empathetic ! After my experience last night, I hope I never have to go to emergency but if I do, it won’t be at castle hospital. I left before discharge papers were given to me because I was in pain and so upset because I felt as though the healthcare system failed me . A place I trust . A place that a lot of my family members go to. This is not ok ! Thank you and I know we can all do a lot better !
I went to the ER last night and it as packed. That said, they did their best to prioritize the patients and ensure everyone was comfortable and well cared for. The ER staff are so friendly and attentive, and I feel like they took my concerns seriously. All staff listened to what I had to say and took action appropriately to ensure no stone was left unturned. They kept me updated every step of the way and ensured I was comfortable and informed.
