Cason Lane Children'S Center

We have been here for approximately one month and are absolutely thrilled thus far. Lots of structure and education and the kids seem to have fun learning. So far this daycare has been a huge blessing to my family. Update: Our son has graduated and I can't express in words how much I appreciate this daycare. They took care of him as if he were their own throughout our entire enrollment. They were mindfull of our scedule and went above and beyond not to gouge us financially when they easily could have. If you've had a negative experience at another daycare I would absolutely recommend calling Ms. Kim and give them a try.

My daughter has been going here for almost six months now and we absolutely adore it. One of our favorite things about it is the security. You need a passcode to enter the building and have to sign your child in and out. The classrooms are equipped with cameras in the event that you want to see what's going on with your child if needed. The staff is very friendly and courteous. They have made my 3-year-old so excited about going to school. She absolutely loves going here. I can't imagine taking her anywhere else!

I would give them 0 Stars if that were an option. My son has been going here for the past 6 months, and to be honest the staff in the infant room is fantastic. The teachers are very attentive and we never had any issues with them. All that changed when he went to the penguins, which is the one year old room. He would scream and cry when we dropped him off, and when we picked him up he was very quiet and wanted to go to bed as soon as he got home. Not at all like his usual happy self. I got a call one day saying that I had to come get him immediately. I assumed it was because he was sick, but they told me that it was because he had bitten another child 'unprovoked'. He has never done this before and they called me in the middle of the day and basically suspended him for his first time biting, which he doesn't "just do unprovoked" like they said happened. The director's name is Kim and she is one of the rudest, most inconsiderate people I've ever met. She made a scene in the hall in front of other parents about needing a payment from me before I drop my child off even though they were unavailable when I had tried to make the payments the previous week. She also called me repeatedly while I was at work and harassed me about a payment which I had already made. We withdrew him today and I cannot express the amount of relief that I feel. The staff in the one year old room is sub-par, and there is an elderly woman who was constantly criticizing him (this is a 1 year old we're talking about)and was very rough to the point that I was uncomfortable leaving him in her care. Don't send your kids here. There are much better options.

I love this center! Ms. Kim is wonderful, she is Wonderful about communicating with us. This center has been here for 20 years now, I can't imagine how many children have been cared for. I also love how appreciative she is of her teachers, makes me feel like everyone who walks in is loved. 🙌

Parents please be aware. A close friend of mines baby was picked up yesterday by his father with a second degree burn on his chin and the employees told her when she called the director that it was during/while feeding him his milk. She’s been at Vandi children’s hospital for the past few hours and now there is an investigation and SHE WILL be at the daycare in the morning. I’ve seen pictures of his chin but out of respect for my friend & their privacy -will not post them. Just letting you all know.
