Carousel Child Care Center

My daughter has been going here since she was a little under 2-years-old and we finally said our goodbyes at age 11! About 80% of the staff here has been with the Centre for a long time, so everyone here was like family! And has watched my daughter grow throughout her life. They feed the kids, play with the kids, do crafts, and explore together! Not to mention the kids get donated Christmas gifts every year, and it warms my heart! Truly one of the best places I have had childcare services with. They are very generous, considerate, caring, and fair in dealing with potentially difficult matters. I will recommend to anybody I know with children under middle-school age. Best place ever!!!!

Both my children attended Carousel. My daughter started at 2 (2022) and son at 1 (2023). They were both treated with so much love and care each and everyday. The staff was always attentive to my children’s needs and my needs as well. They kept us updated on their daily schedules, bathroom usage, and pictures (especially for the younger toddlers…we got multiple pictures daily!). They helped with potty training and always encouraged the kids to be kind and supportive with each other. When an unwanted behavior happened with our children (whether it was my kid doing the behavior or another kid doing it to my kid) we were always told about it immediately through the app. Nothing was ever too serious as two year olds are still learning to communicate their needs. We had one issue with my daughter stating there were kids being mean to her. The staff that it was being taken care of and the next day my daughter said things were going great. I truly never had any issues with Carousel and would recommend it to anyone! It’s been over a week since we left and my 2.5 year old is still asking about his teachers and the staff. To me, that says a lot!

My son has been enrolled with Carousel for about two years now. Carousel has been amazing to us. I wish I can stay with them but we moved and Carousel is out of range for us. The Admin staff, Shaun, Loki, and Teresa, are always willing to help and accommodate any situation our family might be going through. My son always comes home happy and with great experiences to tell me. They are always doing activities for the kids and now starting to do mini park field trips. They always bring the families together on the holidays so we can stay connected. I loved their communication when it came to picking up the kids at the school, they stay connected with the parents. I recommend Carousel to any parent looking for a great family care style. We will miss you from the Melendez family. ❤❤❤

Carousel Child Care is the ONLY child care I will EVER use or recommend. I've been using them since I arrived to Anchorage about 7 months ago. They care for my 3&6 year old. My children absolutely LOVE their daycare and look forward to attending daily. I have complete trust in this daycare. My children come from special circumstances and I wouldn't just trust my kids with anyone. I know without a doubt that when I drop them off in the morning that they are extremely well taken care of and above all... loved. The entire staff is incredible and we love them all dearly. Carousel has become like family to us... and in my opinion that is how it should be. If you are searching for daycare I suggest you check out Carousel!! They have far exceeded any and all of my expectations!

My son and daughter both went here. This is a great place to take your children. The owner and staff always made sure my children were safe and well taken care of. Always took the time to listen to any concerns I had. On Christmas , they had the children do a wish list, the owner and his family bought a present from each child’s wish list and paid with money out of their own pockets to ensure every child received a present for the holiday.
