If you don't know these people personally, do not trust them with your kids!!! They called my child a liar, let someone sign consent on my behalf without my permission and accused me of being dangerous and threatening to the point I couldn't come back to the school because they didn't do their job correctly....every time I had a concern it was like I was the problem. Eyes were rolled, hands were put in my face and it's like what I had to say didn't matter. They show favoritism and the place is run by family. Mama is the director and daughter is the teacher. They're supposed to be Christians, but very rude, very judgmental and very unprofessional!! Such a bad experience!!!!
I was extremely impressed with the care that Carol's provided. After having a terrible experience at a different facility I was worried that I would not find a good preschool for my son. When I transferred my son over to Carol's care I immediately saw a big transformation. My son was happier, smarter and loved. I am very grateful for the environment that my son was a part of. Carol's is also very clean organized and the staff is amazing. I only wish I would have known about them sooner.
Carol’s Care Child Development Center, Is a Place Where Your Child Will Learn & Be Loved While Doing it. Each staff Member Is nothing but professional and Very Nice. My Two Grandchildren have Attended There, One Has Graduated, And the Other is attending Now. I would Recommend This Establishment to Anyone who is wanting to start There Child off on the right foot before starting Elementary School. Carol’s Care CDC is an amazing center for children. All of the staff members are wonderful. The place is always very clean. And what I love the most is that they treat your children with the love and care that as a parent I can only pray for anytime my children are not with me. I do and will always recommend Carol’s Care Child Development center to any parent who wants for their child to be prepared to enter their journey’s into Elementary school!
My five stars come from a point of personal and profession stand point. Prior to working here my three children attended in NC Pre-K with Mrs. Donna and after-school with Mrs. Carol. My husband and I absolutely love the family oriented atmosphere and all of the genuine love and care they had for not only my own children but all of the children! Now as an employee of 6 years the atmosphere is still family oriented and the love and care given to all children and their families is unmatched! There is no place like Carol's Care Child Development Center!!!
