My grandson complains every day he is not learning. I spoke with the teacher all they care about is the vpk students. I asked is there another cause his teacher always at the front desk, so whose teaching the kids. Staff barely say good morning when you drop the kids off and always have an attitude.

My daughter has been here from she was 3 months old and she is now going to be 4 in a week. This was the best decision, that I have ever made for my child. I HIGHLY recommend this school. My daughter is very advanced for her age and she is also placed now with the VPK class, because she has over passed the children in the 3 year old class room. My daughter has loved all the teachers and staff and they are beyond amazing when it comes to care. I would not send my child to any other school and if I do have another child, I would definitely send my next child here, no matter how far I may have to drive. I love the time and attention have taken out when it comes to my daughter and I am very happy with Ms. D and her team.

BAD experience......my 2 year old was only there for 3 days. I felt like I could not trust the director/owner because she tried to cover up her lie & she represents her establishment. & who wants to leave their child at a daycare where it feels as though you can't trust the owner! Before my 2 year old started I told the director/owner that I was concerned about him being placed with older kids for safety reasons & she stated that they stay separated. So on his FIRST day when I went to pick him up he was with the 5 year old kids in their class. I asked why was he with the big kids & I was told because his teacher leaves at 4:30pm but the director stated that it was a mistake & that he should have been with the 3 year old class & she did apologize. I don't have a problem with him being with 3 year old kids but I do have a problem with him being with 5 year old kids because he can get hurt. Day 2 he was with the 3 year old kids when I picked him up so there was no issue. Day 3 when I went to pick my son up,I went to the 3 year old class along with the director,so the teacher stated that my son is not with her class. So we went to the 5 year old class & my son was there AGAIN. The director said to the teacher didn't I tell you that the 2 year old kids are not supposed to be in here & the teacher stated no & the director repeated her statement like 2 or 3 more times & the teacher continued to say no. Also the 5 year old teacher stated that my son's teacher brought him in there before she left & the director stated I told her that he's supposed to go with the 3 year old class. So the director apologized agian but it WASN'T genuine, so I said this can't keeping happening & as she was walking away she stated but I told them & kept walking although she knew I was upset. I spoke to his teacher to ask her if the director told her that my son is not supposed to be with the 5 year old kids & she stated no she didn't tell me & that's where I always take the kids before I leave & the 3 year old class is with them too. So I called several times to speak with the director because I told them that I am removing my son. But every time I called she was unavailable & she didn't make one attempt to call me after knowing I was still upset about the situation & removing my son. I believe the two teachers were being honest when they said the director did not tell them about not putting my 2 year old son or any other 2 year old child with 5 year old kids. I believe the director was the one being dishonest because the situation already happened once & she assured me that he will be with the 3 year old kids when his teacher went home. She should have been honest & showed some type of empathy towards the situation but instead she didn't, she act as if it was no big deal.I must say I am happy this was revealed sooner than later because there is no telling what else she would have tried to cover up.

I have an employee whose child attended carol city learning center, and I could not in good conscience recommend this school to ANYONE. Horrible experience all the way around. Then after you do some research you will find out there was a story about this facility on Help me Howard, and it confirmed what I had heard. Hopefully, parents will see this review and think otherwise about bringing their kids to this place.

If this school had 0 starrs I would give it 0. These ppl are frauds & scammers and will take your money & charge u with fees u have no clue about. I had a bad experience like the devil was riding my back. Iam a single parent low income and had to give these ppl the money I receives for tanf which is my rent money. Now iam struggling trying to find a way to pay bills. I knw god has a plan. Bt this wasn't apart of it. Plz parents read read read!! Do not I repeat do not put ur child in this school very unprofessional and can't explain to me where these fees are coming from. The director is very rude and I will be reporting them to better business bureau. She had no sympathy about the fees I wasn't supposed to be charged with js another scam blk person tryna come up. Js why I will only do business with the white folks atleast I won't be hit with all these scamming fees. I pray that god heals & continues to cover me frm people like this.
