We have been at Carepointe North for 4 years. The reality of sending your children to daycare is NO ONE can take care of your kids like or better than you can your own children. This means you have to find a place who is willing to listen, when you have concerns, and correct issues when they arise. No matter where you send your children, they cannot hold your baby EVERY time they cry, they cannot always give your child undivided attention when they ask for it, and they cannot know what parents want done differently if they don't express their needs and concerns. Carepointe North has done a WONDERFUL job working with my children and our family over the years. Are they perfect? Nope. Do I expect them to be? Nope. When there have been issues, the director(s) and owner have ALWAYS been willing to listen, work with me, and make necessary changes to make it a better experience for my children. I appreciate ALL of the teachers (from newborn through Pre-K) and how they have cared for my children. Anyone can leave horrible reviews, but before you accept that as truth, take the time to tour and get to know the teachers and staff at Carepointe North. I am so glad we gave them the chance and have stuck with them through the years. My children are happy, healthy, well-adjusted, well cared-for, and thriving because of the care they receive at CP North!
We love sending our son to CarePointe Academy. Our son's teachers in the infant and toddler 1 rooms have been amazing! Our son is well cared for and definitely has lot of fun each day with his teachers and friends. He loves water day Wednesday during the summer!
My daughter attended Carepointe for a couple weeks this summer. I felt ill at ease every day dropping her off because it was never clear who was in charge of her or who her teacher would be. There was also no sign in. When my husband picked up he was never IDed or asked to sign her out. I expressed this concern to the director. When she attended in a later week, the process remained the same. My daughter did enjoy the trips of the summer program. My daughter recently attended over fall break and spent the majority of the day watching t.v. Once again, no sign in or out. She was very upset by the day. I have reached out via email to the director twice and have not heard back.
The Carepointe team is extremely professional and they've done a great job with my children. The constant communication on classroom and/or school updates are very welcome. They've handled the Covid situation very well and answered each potential concern that has come up.
If you love your kids, DON'T SEND THEM TO CAREPOINT ACADEMY... YOU WILL REGRET IT... We regret the time our kids went there. Constant non stop teacher turnover. Teachers have horrible caregiving skills. Always yelling at the kids and toddlers not watched over. Very unsafe... Response to the reply.. No I'm sorry, but I'm just a parent that loves my children more than life itself. And what I witnessed on multiple occasions, I wouldn't send my dog there. And after pulling my children out had multiple families come to us out of the blue telling us we made a very wise choice pulling them out. Because of issues they seen. This also came from school teachers that agreed not to go there. I stand behind my statement and just warning other parents who love their kids more than life. Have a good day.
