I thank god for Mrs Josie and her staff, they are more like family to my baby. She was delayed with speech when first starting daycare, they recommended speech therapy and assisted getting it started. Now my baby want stop talking which is a good thing, when I drop her off she’s excited and happy to go.
Anytime you have a problem with certain situations you get told something will get handled and it never does. I had a door slammed in my face because my daughter was being bullied by another student and I was trying to address it and instead of Amanda being professional she slammed the door in my face and told the other ladies to call the cops! Like really? I did speak with the owner about this and he said he was going to handle it but this is for future parents trying to seek after school care. Do not waste you’re time! When Sheila was directing here it was GREAT!
My grandson loves to go here, all the teachers are great. He learns so many things and the art work that comes home is fantastic. If I had one addition it would be to have a weekly menu of what he is eating. Not a single complaint of the teachers or any staff.
