Very rarely do I ever come here and actually receive the help I need but today rolling into the walk in clinic I was blessed with Deb as my provider and she was the best! It was hard to feel down when the energy she brought was so friendly and positive. Clear communication, supportive tone, absolutely amazing.

Double dosed my 4 month old on his rsv vaccine then proceeded to play it off as an excuse and not a big deal since smaller babies get two doses. Didn’t follow the steps for the shots an proceeded to just bypass safety protocols. Not impressed in the slightest. Very very disappointed in how it was handled and now my son has been struggling with fevers non stop which he did not get with any of his shots previous. I would rate it a zero if I could because then they also charged my insurance for 380$ for the shots. Not cool.

I have had the pleasure of being cared for in many different psychiatric facilities throughout my life. This inpatient unit may be short on activities, but the staff more than make up for it with a loving patience I have rarely experienced on this awful rock. I will never forget Dr. Christie or the rest of the team here for how much they helped me when I really needed them. All My Love, 🤴🏻💜pp

Jenn, in triage, and the nurse in the ER were both exceptional. Dr. Andrew Taecker is amazing as well. However My wife left first to go and get the car and get it warm. For some as yet unexplained reason, the doors in the hall were locked and she was forced to go outside into below zero freezing wind unplowed parking lots dangerous dangerous! Check out larice awards post for further details and take a gander at my attached and I believe you will understand why we are furious!!!!! You can see how much snow there was around the hospital and how hard it was to see the hospital from blocks away. Making her go around like that and such freezing weather is unacceptable! ZERO STARS

I tried calling with concerns about sudden onset eye and headaches symptoms for my 4 yr old and all I was told was "use your best judgement we don't have ask a nurse" and then I was hung up on. I may have high standards for hospitals because of where I moved from but that's ridiculous not everyone knows whether to go in for things they have never dealt with before. It definitely makes me what to move back to where I moved from. Atleast there I know I can get the help I need at any point in time without someone being rude.
