Kangaroo Ranch Play And Learn Center

It’s hard to find quality childcare in Gillette. Most have massive waiting lists or are just not very good. We removed our daughter from a previous daycare that was not very well run and were hesitant to put her in another. We decided to give kangaroo ranch a shot and we are glad we did. Megan has done a great job with lots of improvements. You can tell she loves the kids and is decently priced. Any time there has been any issue she has called us and let us know. We have such a piece of mind having our daughter at Kangaroo Ranch!

My son started at The Kangaroo Ranch in August of 2022. They do a good job of tracking diaper changes, meals, naps, and activities throughout the day using the BrightWheel app which sends notifications to my phone. Megan and her staff are friendly and helpful, they were quick to address any concerns I had with changing naptimes or feeding schedules as my little guy grows. They provide a variety of healthy meals and snacks for the kids each day, and the staff seems to always be cleaning the toys and the kids’ play areas. There were two times my son become sick during the day, both times Megan called me right away to inform me and make arrangements for him to be picked up. Dropping babies off at daycare can be difficult, but when my little guy reaches for his teachers to hold him in the mornings, I know he likes it there and it is a little easier knowing he is being taken care of during the day.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. This is the poorest run daycare in the world! Megan is awful. She will play favorites with her staff, allow children to beat each other with toys, and forces sick employees to go work even with a dr note. Also she won’t send sick kids home either she allows them to stay and get everybody else’s kids sick!! Awful awful awful. I have some not so nice words for you Megan!
