I really appreciate how attentive all the teachers are with our children. Miss Ruby always gives me quick updates on how the day went, even when it wasn’t the easiest day. I value that honesty because some days are naturally more emotional than others. Most days are happy, of course, and when they are, she’ll share what the “hot topic” of the day was that my daughter was excited about. Miss Michelle is the same way. It gives me a lot of comfort knowing the staff truly cares for our daughters and keeps us informed about their day. The girls love going to school, and it’s clear they enjoy spending time with their teachers too. We can tell our girls are learning new phrases, counting, and letters. Every now and then, they’ll send photos of the girls finger painting or playing outside with friends, and I absolutely love receiving those. Cheri, the director, is always polite and professional as well. I really appreciate how accommodating she is when we have impromptu schedule changes and need a little flexibility.

Although the program had some really enticing features and educational content that I appreciated, our family just didn’t get the support that was needed in a respectful way. Won’t look to completely bash the company as a whole, but there were a few teachers that didn’t take pride in their work. I cried and questioned myself about dropping my children off there some days. I think with proper training, there would have been an opportunity for me and my family to have stayed.

We have been here a year and absolutely love—so much so that I moved to the other side of town and make the 40 minute commute everyday, twice a day. I cannot express the gratitude I feel for everyone who works here. From Cheri, the director, to all the teachers—zero complaints. I have NEVER had to worry about leaving my daughter here at this daycare. I have never had concerns about her eating enough, being engaged enough. It’s just great and I seriously recommend it. I am a single mother and they’ve just gone out of their way to be here for me.

This is my second time posting, and after recently reading the newest reviews, I felt obligated to tell the opinion of a current parent with a child at the school. The previous administration was decent however over time the egos got too big. The staff support got too little, and the overall quality of teachers was mediocre and the cleanliness of the school was disgusting. I was nervous about the changes with administration, but decided to wait it out and I’m thankful I did for the first time since going to the school. We have competent, educated administration, the no the processes and expectations of each person and their duty at the school for our children. To be clear, I believe that the last two reviews were junk. One was a teacher. I’d rather be friends with students, then actually teach them and overstep her boundaries and a second one hasn’t been there since the last administration left, and in my opinion was too busy doing her own thing then willing to parent her kids. so if you’re looking for a school that is actually doing what’s in the best interest of the students for once and trying to build a community I would highly recommend The Nest

My daughter started here when she was about 3 months. I applied using CCAP but was having issues with them and Cheri was so understanding. She pushed back the enrollment date twice and when I was missing some essential documents, she was also very accommodating. I have personally not seen anything that indicates the facility is not being cleaned. It seems very cleanly and sterile to me. My daughter, Dulce had a hard time adjusting in the beginning but her teachers were patient and kind and now she smiles whenever I bring her in. I receive daily updates in the app as well as a physical paper detailing her day. They even change her before they hand her off to me at the end of the day. As a single mom with a brand new baby, I was extremely anxious to leave my Velcro baby alone but this facility and the staff are great and made me feel confident about the transition. I would definitely recommend for the infant program to any family out there 😊😊
