I can't speak highly enough about this preschool! ALL of the teachers are genuinely caring and nurturing to the children. All the times I've dropped my 5 year old off I pass the nursery and all babies seem calm and happy. I don't think I've ever even heard a baby cry while I was there. The staff is very communicative when it comes to school closings and additional activities. My daughter missed Valentine's Day and they saved a gift bag for her when she was able to go back. My daughter is an emotional roller coaster sometimes and they handle her behaviors very well. This is her first time in a preschool setting and they have been so patient with her. You can tell they genuinely care about these kids. My daughter comes home exhausted every day from how hard she plays. She also is learning a lot really quickly there too. I'm so grateful to have found this company because she's going to be ready for kindergarten this year. They've taught her how to properly stay in her seat how to share she's learning about God. I love the atmosphere it's clean they have a huge gym the kids get to run in since it's freezing outside. There is an app for communication and they even record what she eats for lunch. If my daughter does something she's not supposed to do they tell me and I'm able to work with her on it at home as well. They don't nitpick either and they definitely don't complain. Patience and communication is key and this company's got it figured out! We absolutely love this preschool and appreciate all of your hard work. The Christmas pageant was so cute and you can tell there was a lot of thought and effort put into it. They decorate the doors of the classrooms and have a vote for holidays. They have a spirit week. Looking for a preschool for the first time for my daughter was scary I don't trust people with my kids it was very hard for me to be open-minded but since she wasn't able to start kindergarten because of the birthday cutoff I knew that it was important for her to be around other kids her age. This place gives me peace of mind and I know that she's safe. She looks forward to going to school and cries when it's time to leave she loves it so much. There is also a lock at the door where you will receive a code so not just anybody can walk in and out. I highly recommend this daycare/preschool.Thank you all so much our family appreciates you!
My daughter was there for 1 year. She struggled most of her time there. Only one teacher was truly patient with her and she ended up leaving. Communication is horrible for the preschool room due to constant turnover and no warning when turnover does occur. I can’t count how many times I picked my kid up and her pull up was soaked through due to not being changed. I brought this up to the director and the responsibility was put back on my 3 year old to tell the teacher when she needed to be changed (if she could that, she would be potty trained). They do not communicate when moving your child to a new room and the older kids frequently bounce back and forth between rooms (very little consistency). It was very difficult to find out about any struggles during the day due to the morning teacher never being present at pick up and not utilizing the app to provide updates. Not a good place for kids who struggle with emotional regulation—they will just be labeled as a bad kid. Outdoor space is rarely utilized outside of summer time. The learning curriculum is just worksheets, LOTS of worksheets for very young children. They said they would put up a family collage; we sent in the photos within the first week and they never made one after 1 year. It got to the point, my kid felt singled out and asked why she didn’t have one when everyone else did. Trying to potty train was a nightmare as well. We made great progress with our daughter, then it all fell apart when she went back to daycare. My daughter has been at a new daycare for 2 weeks now and she is THRIVING!!! She is even willingly potty training so the issue was clearly with this daycare.
The ELC team goes above and beyond to make sure our daughter is cared for each day. We love the easy communication throughout the day with the app. She is excited to see her teachers and friends when she walks in each day! Thanks ELC!
My child loves going everyday! We’ve been here several months and my child is happy when dropped off and picked up and that’s all that matters!
Terrible experience with management and cleanliness of the place. My child was often sick while there and has been much healthier since leaving.
