Our two girls attended The Butterfly House for 2.5 years. We LOVED this school from the moment we walked through the front door and were met by a teacher with the most wonderful, welcoming smile! The staff are incredible, the facilities are fantastic (especially for the area), and the program is superb. We only left because we moved out of state (we considered staying just so our girls could stay at TBH).
My children attended TBH for 2.5 years and we believe it is the best daycare in the Alexandria area. All of the teachers have been outstanding and even those who did not have my kids, knew their names. My kids were so happy at drop off everyday. They have an amazing playground where the kids spend a lot of time exploring and getting to be children. (Outdoor times was a big deal for me and I've done a fair amount of research, their playground is the best I found.) The whole school has an amazing community feel.
