Busy Bees Learning Center II

This business should be considered as a home daycare they have random family members that come in and out the facility on a normal basics. I've done several pop ups and on both occasions the door was unlocked. My son's items have been misplaced. They tried to say my son had hand foot and mouth disease which was not the case ended up being just a small little rash due to saliva. The facility is not the cleanest, the only way this place gets a 5 star is because they have things in order before survey comes walking through the door (smart). To me this place just seem like they all about the money they closed the center down for 2 days due to unexpected death still had to pay for the full week of care in response was because they still have to pay the light and water bill which is no where in the parent handbook or policy!! Shouldn't you have funds set aside or an emergency plan when something like this take place!?! Then the last straw was when my fiance got into an accident on the way to pick up our son so of course he was late they charged us showed no sympathy or concerned and even harassed him when dropping off our child on the next business day "saying we couldn't leave our son without the late fee" you saying this to a parent who always pay faithfully on time and is never late picking up our child due to this 1 time because of an emergency. My son new teacher was nice but you can tell this was her first job teaching. If you trying to find something reasonable this is your place other than that keep searching.

Called to see if they were hiring. The lady on the phone was rude. She answered the phone. Just said, Can i help you? Was very unprofessional. I asked if they were hiring and before i got to finish she said in a rude voice, No were not. If this is how they treat you over the phone then I’m glad i dodged this Bullet!
