Absolutely the BEST daycare. I trust Jenn and her staff to take care of my daughter only. Jenn is such an amazing director/owner. They have set the standard of childcare on a whole new level. Thank you so much for always being amazing!
Worst daycare ever!!!! Dont take your kids here. The director, Jennifer is horrible. She is extremely rude, and definilty not there to make sure your kids are safe and taken care of. She just cares about making money. My 4 year old son had an accident and she made him sit on the toilet until I got there to pick him up which made him feel horrible. He was in tears when I got there. Then they pinched my 10 month old baby on the bottom when she wouldn't stay still for a diaper chance and blamed us for it because she was afraid she would get in trouble. That is just unbelievable. We never took our kids back there after that and let me just say it was the best decision we ever made. We requested a refund of the extra money we paid since we disenrolled out kids before the end of the month and Jennifer refused to give us anything back stating we needed to give her 2 weeks notice. ARE YOU KIDDING me? My daughter was harmed in that daycare, why on earth would I take her back there. With Busy Bees there is also apsolutly no communication about your child. If you ask how your child did no one seems to have an answer. The staff changes every couple of months. I do have to say the Prek program over there, which is state funded, is a great program. Mrs Kelly and Mrs Jessica were wonderful. If the directing wasn't so bad by Jennifer I would have kept my son in the Prek program. I really hope everyone thinks twice about taking your kids here.
The ratio of children to staff does not seem to add up correctly. There should be more than one adult there with the babies at one time, considering how many little ones there are. Not long ago, I went to pick up my niece in the afternoon and I witnessed a poor baby sitting in a highchair tip over and fall to the ground with no staff member watching the child. Another time that I went, my infant niece at the time was screaming and crying upon waking up from a nap where she was put down on her stomach and wrapped very tightly in her blanket. I understood why she was crying when I picked her up and felt how hot the poor little baby was, she was sweating and her face was bright, bright red. If I could give this daycare zero stars I would!
Still to this day, Busy Bee's is THE best daycare and amazing staff! I would not send my son anywhere else. Jen and Carissa are fantastic and treat my son like family!
Love this place! Everyone is so sweet and they treat all the kids like they’re family. I’ve never met such incredible staff who put your children’s needs before their own. I highly recommend this child care facility!
